“Sophie was so friendly and relaxed and kept me up to date with photos & videos. She took it seriously & made me feel comfortable, she has a lovely family too. My dog was so keen to return & didn’t want to leave! Will definitely book again in the future - thank you!!”

“5-Star Review for Our Amazing Dog Sitter! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Ruben! From the moment we met, it was clear that he truly love and understand dogs. Our baby Chino can be a little shy around new people, but they bonded almost instantly. That alone gave us such peace of mind. Throughout the stay, Ruben sent regular updates, including pictures and videos that showed Chino happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time. Playtime looked like a blast! If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring, we wholeheartedly recommend Ruben. He is the kind of person you hope to find but rarely do. We'll definitely be booking again!”

“Camila is extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. She keeps me updated throughout the day with pictures and how my puppy is getting on. My puppy gets so excited when Camila opens the door which makes me feel comfortable leaving her!”

“Would highly recommend! Sapphire was so welcoming and Max absolutely loved her. She sent loads of updates throughout the day which was so nice and comforting as this was Max’s first doggy day care experience. Will be definitely using her services again!”

“We had a great experience with Alice for day care at her house. It’s always a little nerve-wracking leaving your dog with someone new, but Poppy settled in really quickly and came home happy and relaxed. Overall, it was super easy and stress-free and I felt totally comfortable leaving Poppy there! Thank you so much 😊”

“Sabrina was very friendly and provided updates whilst Max was in her care. Max looked like he had an amazing time with Sabrina and I’d definitely be using her services again and would highly recommend her!”

“Incredible dog sitter. My first time leaving my puppy with a dog sitter and I absolutely couldn't be happier. I got sent regular updates and feedback throughout the day and when I picked my pup up she was happy and calm. I felt so reassured, Daisy will definitely be coming back for another visit. Thank you so much!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently mum to an 8-month-old golden retriever called Dudley – so I’m no stranger to energetic pups, muddy walks, and cuddles on the sofa! Having raised Dudley from 8 weeks old, I have hands-on experience with crate training, recall, lead walking, and managing all the typical puppy behaviours. What sets me apart is that I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else – I treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether it’s a gentle stroll for an older pup or playtime in the garden for younger dogs, I tailor my care to suit each pet’s needs. I work part-time on a rota which gives me lots of flexibility across the week for drop-ins, walks or dog sitting. I’d love to help give you peace of mind while you’re away or at work! I work part-time, three days a week from 9am to 3pm on a rotating schedule – one week it’s Wednesday to Friday, and the next it’s Monday to Wednesday. This means I have plenty of availability throughout the week, especially mornings, late afternoons, and full days on my days off. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine – I’m used to early starts, regular walks, and giving my own dog plenty of attention and playtime. Whether it’s a lunchtime walk, an afternoon drop-in, or a day of dog sitting, I can be flexible to suit your pet’s needs. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or yours. I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs before looking after them, so they feel safe and settled in my care. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to follow your instructions to the letter – from feeding schedules and medication to favourite toys and walk routes. I keep things calm, consistent and reassuring, just like you would. In my own home, I have a secure garden for playtime, a dog-friendly space inside, and of course, Dudley the golden retriever who loves a companion (if your dog is happy to socialise). I introduce dogs slowly and safely to make sure everyone is comfortable. Whether it’s a short drop-in or a full day of care, I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you know your pet is happy, safe and loved

About: I’ve cared for pets my entire life—starting with two cats as a child, and later two more as an adult. I’ve owned a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, a Basset Hound, and three Hungarian Vizslas. I’ve also looked after friends’ French Bulldogs and Cockapoos, so I’m experienced with both large and small breeds. Having used Rover myself as a pet owner, I understand the needs of the owner and what is required of me as a walker and pet sitter. I can walk your dog with mine, or on their own, it is entirely down to your pets needs. I drive a Defender so im happy (if you are) to put your dog in the car that has a safety grate in the boot to keep dogs safe. Equally if you or your pet are not comfortable in a car, I can walk them locally. I am totally flexible to your dogs needs. As a trader, I have the flexibility to work anytime and from anywhere with an internet connection. This allows me to offer highly flexible scheduling and be readily available for your pet’s needs. In my home, pets enjoy a safe and secure environment with a fully fenced garden for play and outdoor time. I have a friendly Hungarian Vizsla who loves the company of other dogs, and I make sure each pet feels comfortable, loved, and part of the family. Whether in my home or yours, I maintain a calm, clean space and follow each pet’s routine closely—including walks, meals, and any special care instructions.

“Our cocker spaniel Bruno thoroughly enjoyed his day with Gabby and her dog Ralph - we agreed that as spaniels they are quite similar, so Gabby understood exactly what Bruno would like or not like. Would not hesitate to leave Bruno with Gabby again next time we’re in the area and need dog care. Thanks for having him!”

“Guoda was great! Agreed to help out with my puppy with only a couple of hours notice. You could tell Guoda loves animals instantly with the way she was meeting Skye which gave me a lot of reassurance. I was updated throughout the day with messages and pictures. Will definitely be back to use Guoda again🥰”

“Gillian was amazing with Bella. She has a clear wealth of experience and left me completely at ease that Bella was in safe and reliable hands. I would have no hesitation in using Gillian again.”

“Was really nervous about leaving my dog, Blue, for the first time with people she didn't know. James and his family made me feel at ease straight away. They text me with updates and Blue was very happy and tired from her lovely long walks when I picked her up!”

About: I've looked after dogs from Yorkshire Terriers to German Shepherds and a whole mixture of cats for many years. These have been from puppies/kittens to the more seniors. Friends and family have entrusted me with their pets and they are always treated as part of the family. I am retired following 18 years in the NHS and now enjoy walking in the countryside or on the beach, theatre, sport and music. I am at home for the majority of the day as I only have pet commitments, which is why I am able to offer this service. I currently have a 7 year old Yorkshire Terrier, a 3 year old cross Shih-tzu/Yorkshire Terrier and a 14 year old rescue cat. I have the forest right on my doorstep and enjoy walking with them there. I'm also a very short drive from the beach which is another favourite. If your dog enjoys playing ball or carrying sticks, then rest assured, their needs will be catered for. Whatever your requirements are for your pet/s, I will gladly accommodate them and even go the extra mile! I'm also willing to change litter trays, water plants and put the bins out.

About: I have two dogs myself and they are 9 and 10 but we have had them since puppies, my mum has a beautiful cocker spaniel that i adore. I work in a pet sanctuary for aquatic animals and i love it so much! I’m a very friendly and confident person and i respect every dog is different. i have also done a course on animal management and behaviourisms. i currently work part time so i will have plenty of time to walk the dogs and play with them, i’m a very active person myself however my dogs are old now so they don’t love walking the way they used too. I have a huge fenced garden and i have a beautiful front lawn that they can play on that has fencing and a gate around it, i also live in a pet friendly area with lots of walking spaces.
