“Gabrielle took such good care of Meg and was really thoughtful in messaging me to keep me updated with reports and photos of their time together. I know I can relax and trust that Meg is in safe hands with Gabrielle”

About: Ive looked after my family pets, 4 dogs. Since they were puppies. I’ve had 2 other dogs prior. I had a cat when I was younger. I’ve been brought up around cats and dogs and have always been trusted to care, feed and play with them. I’m doing this alongside my job, so I’ll be able to help around my shifts and on my days off. I have a car so can drive to some different spots for walks/runs. I have a sealed backyard for the pets to go into, the house is a big and has a lot of space inside. I’ve also go a car so can travel with the pets when necessary.

About: I grew up with dogs as a child, and did dog walking as a teenager, however as an adult - I have had 8 years worth of experience caring for them. I currently have 3 amazing dogs who I couldn’t physically love any more than I already do. I have experience in medical care as well as looking after rambunctious puppies. I work in a primary school Mon-Fri, so I can walk your beloveds after I finish and board at weekends and during school holidays too. I have an enclosed back garden; secured by 6 foot fences around the perimeter. I will keep your dog on a lead at all times, unless given permission only when privately hiring a fully secure dog field.

About: I have grown up around many dogs and have always loved and cared for them, me and my wife welcomed our first dog together in 2023 and she is very well natured with people and dogs alike. And I am happy to care for puppies or adult dogs, from big to small. I work 3 days on shift, 4 days off, giving me several days in a row each week for additional routine for pet care. My wife works full-time also but is happy helping with dog care when she isn't. Although I have my own dog and have a routine for care, diet, I can adapt to clients wishes for their dogs diet and needs whilst under my care. I try to walk my own dog a minimum of 2x60 minutes walks a day but can increased or decreased depending on needs and breed

About: I only take dogs from the same household at any given time. I have looked after dog for the majority of my life being brought up around various dog breeds of various ages I have also done basic command training with young puppies being brought up around my grandad who was a dog trainer, I have also been under the careful watch of administering different medicines to senior dogs, having dogs is my passion and whilst the dogs are in my care they will be treated with love and care. Working from home means I’m available to follow my passion too care for dogs, this also means they can get the love they crave whilst letting them out as frequently as they need to go to the toilet I have a very secure garden I let the dogs have roam of unless they need to be supervised, They will be spoilt with love and affection with a range of toys readily available for the dogs to choose from as and when they please, I am also very flexible with walks throughout the day weather it’s just one short walk for the elderly or younger dogs or 3 long walks for the more active dogs

“Heidi was so great with Tamu, and really easy to communicate with and left great feedback after her walks - really grateful to have found Heidi and someone Tamu is really fond of! Thanks!”

About: Hi. We are Chloe and Josh, a couple in our 20's, and Hugo, a 2 year old, neutered silver miniature poodle. We adore dogs and always have. Having been members of borrowmydoggy, and trustedhousesitters prior to getting our own dog, we know all about ensuring an environment that matches the one your pup is coming from. We are aware that different dogs have different rules, and we like to keep to the same schedule you would at home to ensure minimal disruption. This means feeding at the same time, walking at the same time where possible, and ensuring the same sleeping arrangements (dogs are allowed on the sofas and beds here!) Dogs must be happy with other dogs as we have Hugo here. I work from home full time, and Josh does 2 out 5 days at home, so there's usually always someone around. On the odd occasion that dogs have to be left, it is never for more than 3-4 hours. We are happy to crate, or leave free roaming (providing house trained and not destructive). We have two crates here, of different sizes, so you wouldn't need to worry about bringing that with you. Whilst we are all about routine, I would always recommend bringing the familiar items that make your dog think of home - beds, toys, blankets etc (although we have a lot spare so no worries if you forgot!) We provide photos and videos of your pup, alongside a pup postcard (if boarding) upon your return, so you can hear about all the fun things your pup got up to on their holiday. We are based in Askam, off the Duddon Estuary. Any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. I work from home and Josh does too for half of the week. Our mornings start early (05:30) where we usually let the dogs out for a toilet break in the secured garden. We then have a quick lunchtime walk (20 - 25 mins) and then after work, a nice long walk. We mix it up, and sometimes will be on the beach, other times on the pier, and sometimes up around the lakes. We are used to catering for our dog, and sometimes friends dogs, so we are used to the dogs running our schedule! We have a grassy garden that is fenced and gated on all sides. We have our dog who will happily play with any dog visitors. We don't have children and have very few visitors to the property so is quite quiet for any nervous pups. We also have the beach on our doorstep and the lakes and hills down the road. Happy to let dogs sleep on the bed/the sofa/their own bed/their crate - whatever you do at home, we can replicate!

About: We have had multiple dogs since a young age, and have had my dog for over a year - he is friendly and good with other dogs I work from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week, and walks the dog twice a day, with multiple play breaks throughout the day. On weekends I get out to the lakes with the dog at every opportunity Our back garden is completely secure and when the weather is nice the door is always open for the dog to come and go from the garden as he wants

About: HI! I'm Olivia and I am a full-time fully insured dog walker and pet sitter with my own business separate to Rover (Taylor’s Woofs & Walks). I am comfortable around all dog breeds and dogs of all ages, having cared for and trained 2 litters of puppies from birth until they went to their forever homes. I am happy to give any medications that are necessary and am happy to look after your dog even if they are reactive, nervous, senior or hyperactive. I drive my own vehicle which is pet proofed so in case of any emergency, your baby will be fine in my hands. I am a full-time dog walker and pet sitter, my diary is filling up quick for this year! I am fully insured under my own separate insurance to the app. I have overnight, bank holiday and weekend availability. I will always give your pet the care that is most suitable for them. I will always meet them first and let me figure me out so they are never overwhelmed. I will always put their needs first as they mean the world to me as an animal lover.

About: We've a great affinity with dogs having grown up with them. We love the energy that dogs bring to the world and make plenty of time to give them the play and exercise they need (however much this is). We will look to show the same love and care to your pet as you would. We love meeting all types of dogs and lots of them but sometimes we do say no. We will only do this if we think we are not a good fit for your pet. It's our first priority that all our dogs are comfortable when they stay with us. For this reason also, we will never have dogs from multiple households staying with us at the same time. My partner and I both work on a hybrid basis which means one of us will always be at home in the week. This allows us to ensure 1 to 1 care 7 days per week when your pet stays with us. We are happy to support up to 3 walks per day for your dog ..if they are up for it! We have a good sized garden which backs onto a public green space, so regular short walks couldn't be easier. There are also plenty of longer routes available to ensure your pet gets the exercise it needs. My partner and I are both attentive and can give them lots of interaction and play. We can also work to whatever schedule they are used to so they have some normality whilst staying with us.

About: Have looked after a Chinese Red Dog (large) a few times for my Auntie, otherwise have walked and spent time looking after dogs for friends and family in the past I work almost everyday from afternoon till 9-10:30pm everyday so i can sit pets after that, can walk dogs anytime before 3pm, will prioritise this over personal life/affairs I take care of pets in their own home, making sure they’re fed, exercised, and comfortable. I stick to their routine, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they feel safe. Walks, playtime, and potty breaks etc, and I’ll keep you updated so you know they’re doing great. I'm available for taking dogs on walks almost every afternoon, regardless how long

Catherine L.Star Sitter

“Thanks Cath, those photos are fab, he definitely looks happy and a sniff around yours at the end is a great warm up for next Thursday!”

Diana E.
“5 stars and more - I can’t recommend Diana enough! We were lucky enough to have her look after our Italian Greyhound Luna while we went away for a few days. We were very nervous about leaving Luna as it was the first time she’d been away from us over night but from the moment we found out Diana could have her to stay it was as though a great weight had lifted! A dog owner herself, Diana truly loves and understands dogs. She is trustworthy & reliable and went above and beyond to make sure that Luna felt at home during her stay. We had peace of mind on holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to ask Diana again and I’m sure that Luna would say she loved every minute and had a great time too.”

Michelle H.

“Reece cared for my dogs while I was away and I must say he was outstanding with the level of care he went too to care for my dog while I was away. Very understanding of there routine and there medication she needed at certain times, he changes his and his dogs routine to work around dogs he sits which I think is great. Also sending regularly updates and pictures for peace of mine and I must say my dog had an absolutely amazing time. Thanks again Reece, we will back soon.”

“Olivia has looked after my cockapoo multiple times now. In fact I have even booked her services for when I am away on holiday in a few months time. It is good to know she is fully insured and if worst should come to worst she has a full emergency plan and contact details. My Honey is always thrilled to see Olivia and I can’t hope for anymore than that.”
