One of the highlights of our experience was how communicative Luzvin was throughout the week. She sent us tons of pictures, videos, and updates every single day, which made us feel so connected to our dogs even though we were far away. It was such a comfort to see how happy and well taken care of they were! Luzvin’s attention to detail and dedication to our pets made us feel confident that we made the right choice.
