“Samantha did an amazing job with my dog and cat! She followed all the instructions I gave her and remembered the small things about their personalities that I told her during the meet and greet. I could tell by the pictures that they had a great time and absolutely loved her! And to make things even better, our flight got delayed on our way home so I asked Samantha to drop in one more time and she came through with no hesitation :) will definitely be trusting her with my pets in the future, 10/10 sitter!”

“My first time in getting a cat sitter online but was highly recommended to use Rover. No regrets! Radyah was so good and flexible on watching the Miss kitty around the holidays. I would recommend her in a heart beat!”

“Tatum is incredible! She watched my pup for us in our hotel room while we were out at our wedding and she was absolutely perfect. She kept us updated without over-communicating or distracting us from our celebration. Otter was exhausted and wagging his tail when we came home - we know he had a great time!”

About: I’ve taken care of older dogs as well as puppies. I’m an outdoorsy person, love going to parks and taking my doggy nieces with me! Your dog will be engaged, played with and cared for. Walks- (M-F) after 6:00pm Saturday anytime Sundays after 2pm Drop in visits- only available on weekends anytime House sitting- available 7 days a week, for M-F I will be working 8am-5pm, Saturday and Sundays available all day I love to play, cuddle and pet. I also understand that not all dogs like that. Depending on the dog’s personality and body language, I’ll typically do whatever is more comfortable for them. I have a puppy niece that is very active and is high energy and loves to cuddle and my other doggy niece (an older pitty) prefers to be left alone and watch tv lol so I’m pretty adaptable.
“Somaya is great! One of my doggos threw up and she was very responsive, gave great detail, and cleaned it up. Doggos is fine and she also followed up later in the night to confirm he was still okay. Def recommend!”

I’m currently taking classes online and volunteering at a shelter every so often, so I’m fully free anytime with enough notice! I aim to get out and walk as much as possible, I’d be happy to take your puppy along with me. About: I am a current college student with years of experience working with animals. I have mainly pet sat and done drop-ins with neighbor dogs and cats. I like taking the dogs to a dog park or hikes if the owners are comfortable. I am easy going and understanding of different circumstances. I am big on communication and want the best time for you and your pets. I am a college student with pretty much all hours of availability this summer both weekends and weekdays. I have a working car so I can satisfy most any schedule. In my clients' homes, I always want to fully communicate so I understand the boundaries and guidelines of the home and care of the pet. I want to ensure that the proper tasks are taken care of in a professional manner for both you and your pets.
“Alyssa is so very sweet and gentle with our furbabies. She’s lovely, uber-reliable (no reminders needed), and absolutely trustworthy! We appreciated communication with feedback about her visits and photos to see that our dogs were OK!”

“Amanda was amazing! She spent time with our girls and was communicative and prompt. She was flexible and helped us modify our booking when we had to cut our trip short due to illness. We absolutely would book again with Amanda for future needs!”

About: I’m back on Rover for summer break 2026. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs (and fish) since I was a teenager, and had a beloved dog for 13 years who passed away in 2023. I have since adopted a wild little puppy, which is why I can’t do overnights anymore. If drop-ins work for you instead, contact me for a flat daily rate instead of paying for each drop-in. I have volunteered at the humane society and often watch my friends’ pets when they go out of town. I also took care of my dog through multiple knees surgeries and two different types of cancer. I love being able to take care of animals in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable and know their families will be back soon. As a high school counselor, I’m available for drop-ins, walks, crate breaks, and playtime all summer long. If you have a dog or cat who needs a crate break during the day or you just want to have some company or exercise before you get home from work, I’m here for that. I will love on your pets and give them as much attention, play, walks, cuddles, and fun as they want! If your pet is more of a recluse, I can be there for company and to take care of them, while fully respecting their personality. I will follow your directions specifically, because I know how important it is to maintain diet, house rules, meal schedules, bathroom routines, and medication times for a pet’s health and well-being. I prefer to watch pets in their homes because after having a dog, I understand how much less stress it is for them. I’ll take daily pictures (at least) and ask what time of day is best for you to receive them (especially if you’re in a different time zone). I’m happy to watch pets recovering from surgery too, as long as there are clear instructions. This was a challenge I experienced when my dog had surgery and I had to go to work, so I’d be happy to fill that need.
“Brenda was fantastic! Not only did she take great care of our cat, make sure litter box was clean and she was well fed, but sent pics and even helped bring in packages and a huge dresser that was delivered when we were gone. Highly recommend Brenda!”
“Megan was wonderful with our pets! We have a dog that is a little anxious and Megan was calm and patient with her. We really appreciate her service and will definitely use her again!”

“Finding Melissa and having her help care for and pamper Sky during these days has been a true blessing. Both my cat Sky and my family clicked with her immediately. Melissa is incredibly loving and empathetic, as well as helpful and proactive. She kept us posted on everything. We are so grateful for her excellent support. The fact that she is bilingual adds even more value to her work. Thank you so much, Melissa! 🙏🏼”

“Hana was awesome for last minute care for our cat. Received a picture on his last Rover card that he was laying on her lap so clearly he is comfortable with her and loves her! Thankful for her!”

Hana did an amazing job taking care of our dogs and cat for the weekend! She arranged to come and meet the dogs before hand, and was prompt to her visits! We received lots of updates and pictures throughout the day. Our pups were definitely well taken care of while we were gone! I’d recommend Hana to anyone looking for a pet sitter! She’s great!
Samantha was an absolute professional who our two cats loved. Rylie and Leo had fun, were in a great mood when we got home, and our home was in better condition than when we had left it. Even with short notice Samantha helped us out and was flexible around our schedules, we will be asking for her help again whenever we travel. 5/5.

Katie has been such a help to us with our cats. One is very senior and deaf and Katie takes such good care of him. She communicates with us to keep us up to date on how they are doing and we feel secure knowing they are in good hands. I so appreciate her caring for our cats!
So glad we found Nimisha on Rover to care for our puppy while we were away from home for long periods of time! She was incredibly responsive and showed care by asking questions to ensure Beau received the best care. She sent photos and updates both times. We came home to a happy pup :) We will definitely book her again!
