“What can I say about Connie that hasn't already been said by all of her happy clients! Connie boarded our dog, Willow, for over two weeks during the holidays while we were out of town. During Willow's stay, we got photo updates everyday and Willow had such a great time playing with all the dogs! Nearing the end of Willow's stay, we were traveling back to VA and got hit with flight delays and cancellations so there was no way we'd be able to make it home in time for pick up. It was a very stressful situation for us, but Connie was incredibly understanding and flexible, and it felt so comforting to know that Willow was taken care of while we were handling all these other logistics of getting home. I cannot say enough about the peace of mind Connie provided us. When we finally made it back to Virginia, our area got hit with a snowstorm, which led to highway closures and loss of electricity over several days. It was truly one thing after another! Connie's priority at the time was everyone's safety so she kept Willow for an additional day until the roads were cleared. There are not enough words to describe Connie's high level of service and understanding. And as always, Willow was VERY tired and all played out by the time we finally got home! We are so grateful to Connie for helping us and will always, without hesitation, recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

About: I have had pets all my life. I started helping take care of my cat and dogs at around 10 years old. I help out with my friends and extended family members pets as well. My dog takes medication in the morning so I can administer medication if needed. She has also gone through two surgeries so I can help during pet recovery as well. I’ve had hyperactive dogs as well as territorial/ toy-aggressive dogs and know how to deal with them. I have also had dogs who needed extra care due to being old. I do know a little bit about training dogs but not much. I work part time and go to college full time. However, I live at home with my parents so I can fit pet care into my schedule. “What can I say about Connie that hasn't already been said by all of her happy clients! Connie boarded our dog, Willow, for over two weeks during the holidays while we were out of town. During Willow's stay, we got photo updates everyday and Willow had such a great time playing with all the dogs! Nearing the end of Willow's stay, we were traveling back to VA and got hit with flight delays and cancellations so there was no way we'd be able to make it home in time for pick up. It was a very stressful situation for us, but Connie was incredibly understanding and flexible, and it felt so comforting to know that Willow was taken care of while we were handling all these other logistics of getting home. I cannot say enough about the peace of mind Connie provided us. When we finally made it back to Virginia, our area got hit with a snowstorm, which led to highway closures and loss of electricity over several days. It was truly one thing after another! Connie's priority at the time was everyone's safety so she kept Willow for an additional day until the roads were cleared. There are not enough words to describe Connie's high level of service and understanding. And as always, Willow was VERY tired and all played out by the time we finally got home! We are so grateful to Connie for helping us and will always, without hesitation, recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

She sent me updates throughout the day and made sure Sam was comfortable & at ease. It was my 1st time leaving Sam with anyone & because he's so fearful of strangers I was very nervous about how he'd react to being left with some he didn't know. Needless to say, he had fun & I didn't worry about him. If you're looking first a great sitter for your dog, u won't go wrong with Heather.”

Michelle communicated very well, sent photos and updates, and was completely flexible with drop off and pickup times.
