About: I've had taken care of animals for over 20 plus years. Im also a certified vet assistant as well. Love all animals and would love to meet yours! Im currently unemployed so I would be able to do anytime of the day. I do have 2 chihuahuas of my own as well that I absolutely adore. I unfortunately do not have a fenced in yard at my home but I do take my dogs out regularly on leash. But they also have free roam of the entire house.

About: My experience as a dog sitter has begun sitting in the homes of dear friends – and this has taught me that I love caring for pets in their homes and seeing to it that they are well cared for while they “parents” are away. I currently work full-time for the Marine Corps Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM, but I can come to your home during my lunch break for potty breaks as required. Weekends of course I am totally available. I will care for your pets in your home where they feel comfortable and safe. I'm currently working part time (4 hours a day) so I can still care for your animal needs in my home with no problem. I have a fenced in yard so your dog can play freely but is still protected. About: I’ve been working with pets ever since I was 12 walking them feeding them and taking care of them. I love taking care of pets no matter if it’s cats or dogs I love them all. I am currently working part-time and also a part-time student but I love being outside and going on walks with dogs and taking care of cats just by stopping. I have a pretty decent backyard that is fully gated off and I have two amazing and playful dogs yo-yo and Scooby. They are the cutest dogs ever and another small little furball named Cleo and she is just so adorable.

Dominique watched our fur babies while we went on a super quick trip. I’ve never left them before (one is 10), and I can confidently say I was never worried once about them or the care they were in. Our puppy took so well to her and she was very nice and chatted with my kids during the meet and greet. She pays attention to special details and even had some follow up questions which was so appreciated. We are so happy that we booked with her and will do so in the future!
We love Samantha! My husband and I work a lot so we usually end up booking Samantha 3-5 times per month. Our dogs (and cats) love her and I never worry about their well being when I know she’s coming over. She’s very flexible with scheduling which is amazing when I need her last minute (usually the case). The check ins are a huge plus!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
