About: I've grown up around animals all shapes,sizes and personalities and have grown to love them all. I don't mind the more "in your face" fur babies (literally and figuratively) and have plenty of energy to keep up with them or address any of their needs. I work a pretty standard 8am-3pm schedule and free on weekends to provide pet care. I also live an active lifestyle and frequent the local parks for runs, so I do not mind a furry companion tagging along. I understand every pet is different and their personality may vary from person to person. So, I am open to visiting beforehand to make sure you and your fur baby are comfortable and that trust is established.

About: Hi there! My name is Sam and I have experience sitting for all types of animals. From cuddly Pyrenees, and scary-smart German pinschers, to spunky chinchillas, their best cat friends, and curious pythons. I have been through partial behavioral training for dogs (and their humans), and have experience with animal hospice situations, as well as behaviorally aggressive dogs. I prefer to keep the animal's care as consistent as possible. The more details you have of your preferred method of walking, reward, or preparation habits, the better. Trust and care are my number one goals when it comes to animal sitting. Not just with the four legged babies, but with the parents as well. I know how important it is to feel comfortable with your care provider, and what a treat it is to know that you can trust someone with the care of your loved ones. Also, aren't dogs just perfect? I work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and am currently on telework, so my weekly availability is early morning, and late afternoon. I also volunteer at the Old Dominion Humaine Society and occasionally foster for them at my house. I have one <1 year old puppy, and I have a home with a large yard but no fence. That means all foster dogs get leash walked always and there are many mind teaser toys for rainy days. I feed in crates and make it a safe space for them to decompress.

About: I have had animals all my life, and quite the variety!!! I am experienced in caring for cats, dogs, rabbits, reptiles, spiders, ferrets, etc! I have some horse experience as well, although I'm a little rusty, however, if you gave me a list I'd be sure to figure it out! I'm not afraid to ask questions, and I'm always making sure your furry friend(s) are handled with only the best care! About: I’ve been around cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of my childhood dog and my parents three dogs. I also have a pet cat that I had for two years. I am passionate about exercising the dogs needs such as frequent walks, enrichments, and making sure to sneak in their medicine! One of my parents dogs needs to take medicine everyday and often times I do help. The same energy goes towards cats, I believe enriching and making sure they take their medicine is important! Since I intend to further my higher education, my routine and schedule is open and flexible for any pet care services that is needed for my clients. I care for pets in my home by making sure they have all their needs; any bedding, medicine, water, food, and enrichment toys. To add, making sure the pets cannot get into places or items that can be dangerous to them. If it’s within the clients home, I will make sure with the client of the proper medication to the right per, a list on what/how much they should be fed and their schedule, and any walking schedule the client insists on. Of course, providing adequate enrichment that involves treats/rewards!
