About: I grew up with two Shih Tzus and was always the designated dogsitter for my aunts and cousins. I have experience with big and small dogs. I've also taken care of both puppies and elderly dogs, and I will make sure he swallows that pill! This is my main job at the moment, so my schedule is wide open! I'm free for walks all throughout the week and can do drop-ins whenever needed. I'm also available to housesit on weekends and weekdays. About: Having a dog and 2 cats as a kid was the best childhood! I am home most of the day so I have lots of time to walk and play with your pup! I live with my boyfriend who also loves animals. I have been freelance dog sitting/walking for the last year through friends but looking for more furry friends here! Send me a message so we can talk more about you and your pet’s needs I work from home doing a part time job so I am mainly a home body. I am based in North Hollywood and generally service Noho, Burbank, Toluca Lake, Studio City and parts of Sherman Oaks I don’t accept animals from multiple households at once for my safety and theirs. I have multiple screen doors where they can safely watch the world outside at all the people and dogs who might pass by. I can also offer daytime sitting in someone’s home as long as my laptop and internet access is allowed!

About: I’ve had experience caring for both dogs and cats, although mostly for dogs. I’ve done most of the basics including feeding, taking them to potty, walking, and occasionally bathing. Dogs I’ve cared for include smaller breeds such as jack russells and poodles, and some medium-large golden and labrador retrievers. I have a rambunctious 8-year-old golden retriever and cuddly tuxedo cat of my own. I’m currently working my healthcare day job on Mondays through Fridays, and probably would have the occasional weekday evening free to hang out with your fur baby. Best availability would be on the weekends for longer windows to provide care unless otherwise specified, but I do my best to be as flexible as I can. Depending on the client and the type of home setup they have, I would be able to keep your pup/kitty company inside with lots of cuddles (if they’ll allow them) or help release that energy outside with a walk or simply to give them space for the zoomies. Let me know what your pet loves, needs, and is used to, and I will provide to the best of my ability!

About: I am a long life lover of animals and especially dogs. I had a dog of my own for 15 years and I'm familiar with all stages from a young puppy to elderly care. My home and heart are open and ready to care for some lovable furry friends! I am currently just working from home so I am available for care during the day/night. My schedule is flexible to meet any needs your lovable pet may need. I like to be active so I love walking as well as comforting and cuddling with furry friends on the couch. About: I've taken care of many different animals throughout my life, from farm animals, to reptiles, to dogs and cats. To say I love them is an understatement. I work from home, so your dog will get the love and attention they require throughout their stay. I'm very active, so longer dog walks are welcome! Your dog will be joined by my 8-year old fur baby, Nylo - a very playful and well-trained, Australian Shepherd! I have 12 years of experience, on and off during different periods of my life, sitting and caring for other peoples' pets. I just joined Rover to extend my services as I am currently working from home and would love to start helping people with their pets again. As much as I love all animals, I do require that your fur baby be trained with the basics, "sit, stay, leave it, etc" and capable of getting along with other dogs. The only exception are puppies under one year old, in which I am happy to help train them while they're under my care! I am familiar with subcutaneous injections between the shoulder blades and other types of high-need requirements, including special needs dogs. It is important to note that I have stairs in my house, so if your dog has difficulty walking or arthritic issues, I may not be a great fit for them unless they are open to being carried! Please message me with any questions regarding boarding hours, or what you can expect for your pup! If you require in-home drop by visits or walks, please note that these hours are limited due to working from home and having odd hours throughout the week. I'm working from home and self-employed so I am in control of my own schedule. Boarding rates include a 24 hour period. My drop-off hours are 2pm-8pm for new clients, or anytime between 8am-8pm for returning clients. This is to ensure that new clients get my full attention so they can adjust! Before booking first time boarding or daycare clients, I require a brief meet and greet with you and your fur babies to ensure the best experience for everyone involved! I do ask that all dogs be trained with the basics (potty, sit, leave it) and get along with other dogs, specifically male dogs.

About: My Cairn Terriers (like Toto from Oz) hike Griffith and Runyon, chase squirrels, dig holes, play fetch at Weddington Park and take long walks. Sometimes we just lay in the sun or snuggle on the couch, but this is a loving home that is grain free, caters to the Fluff gang and we’re big on patience and attention. I've raised five dogs in my life - German Shepard, Black Lab, Lhasa Opso and now my Cairns. Having learned so much from each of them and the love I have for dogs in general, I'm excited to welcome your loved one into my home and help you be at ease knowing they're well cared for. I know nothing can keep you from missing your pet, but a confidence in them being comfortable and loved while you're away is a great help. ***Originally DogVacay, I’ve been with the service since 2010 and rarely open up to new clients. After a few folks moved out of town and others had kids which limited travel time, I’m opening up again. My preference would be to begin those same kind of long term care relationships with people who travel often or for larger lengths of time which allows your pup to feel as though they’re always going to a safe and familiar space with friends they know and love playing with. Working from home has allowed me to better care for my own senior pups and also gives me the freedom to spoil your loved one as well. My two friendly senior pups and I enjoy a gated back yard that still sees birds and squirrels enough to entertain them while being safe from any interactions. We have astroturf for back scratching and enjoying the sun, as well as a front yard, quiet cul de sac streets and a giant park for leisurely walks.
