“Highly recommend Federica! She's very dependable and is super attentive with my dog on his walk. She's incredibly responsive and quick with communication, and I really appreciate the check-ins after each walk. It's clear that she loves dogs and treats them like her own.”

About: What sets me apart is my combination of 20+ years of dog ownership, training experience, and a safety-first approach. I currently have a high-energy dog of my own, so I understand how important exercise, structure, and reliable routines are for a dog’s well-being. I’ve also worked with a professional trainer to help my dog overcome fears of loud sounds and unfamiliar environments while transitioning from suburban to city living. Through that experience, I developed strong skills in leash handling, positive reinforcement, and reading canine body language, which helps me keep walks calm, safe, and enjoyable. My background in occupational therapy has also made me patient, observant, and detail-oriented—qualities that help me quickly understand a dog’s comfort level and energy. I know it can feel stressful trusting someone new with your dog, which is why I focus on safe, structured walks, clear communication, and dependable care. I’m always happy to arrange a meet-and-greet so both you and your dog feel comfortable before booking. I recently graduated with my Master’s in Occupational Therapy and am currently studying for my board exam, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I use my study breaks to get outside for mental clarity, and that usually means long walks or runs with my own high-energy dog. Caring for dogs is already a big part of my daily routine. My dog and I spend a lot of time outdoors staying active, whether it’s long walks, neighborhood strolls, or getting some energy out with a run. Adding dog walking to my schedule feels like a natural fit because it allows me to do something I already love while helping other dogs get the exercise and attention they need during the day. I’ve worked with a professional trainer to help my own dog overcome fears of loud sounds and unfamiliar environments. Through that experience, I learned techniques that support safe, structured, and enjoyable walks while still allowing dogs to explore and have fun. I understand every dog has different needs, so I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal walking routine, pace, and training goals. If your dog is working on training, I’m glad to reinforce leash manners and positive behaviors during our walks so they have consistent carryover. I also have experience with reactive or easily startled dogs and take a safety-first approach by choosing routes that help avoid triggers and stressful situations whenever possible. You can expect reliable care, clear communication, and post-walk updates, so you always know how your dog did and feel confident they’re in good hands. I’m also happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to make sure both you and your dog feel comfortable before booking.
“i had a last minute need for a walker and honestly was feeling a bit odd about handing my baby off to a stranger - but Elizabeth was genuinely kind right off the get go. She made me comfortable by her demeanor. 5 woofs for sure!”

“Brandon is absolutely wonderful. He is a wonderful father to his two fur babies, and a loving and caring caretaker to my dog. I always have peace of mind when my pet is in his care. He has cared for my dog for over a year and I am forever grateful.”

“Nicolo and Andrea have been walking my dog Zoe as needed for the last few months. They have been absolutely great with her and my other pup Leo. They have been super dependable and send very detailed updates after each walk. I totally recommend them!”

About: Hi there! I’m a longtime volunteer and foster parent with Muddy Paws Rescue, and I’ve spent the past 8+ years dedicating my time to animal welfare — from walking and sitting to helping dogs find their forever homes. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. I’ve fostered over 39 dogs and helped them find their forever home! I have extensive experience with both dogs and cats, and I bring a gentle, attentive approach to every pet I care for. I’m also the proud dad of two rescue chihuahuas, Rocky and Daisy — one of whom is a senior, and senior pups hold a special place in my heart. There’s nothing I love more than helping older dogs feel safe, loved, and pampered in their golden years. I use the earnings from Rover to pay for supplies and food for my foster pups through Muddy Paws. So I try to offer the lowest rates I can since I know how expensive pet care can be, being a pet parent myself. Whether your pet is playful or mellow, young or old, I’d be honored and it would be a privilege to care for them like one of my own. Please feel free to reach out with any questions — I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! ☺️🐾 I work remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule and would love to watch your furry friend or take them for a long walk to stretch their legs! I have two of my own pups - Rocky and Daisy and they are my world and I would go to the ends of the earth to take care of them. And I would do the same for any pups I watch! They are incredibly sweet and patient pups and have been great with all their foster siblings and will make them feel at home really quickly! I also have a dog run in the building and would be happy to take your pup there or for long walks to get some exercise.
“Alison was incredibly patient with my new rescue dog, Olive, who tends to need a bit of time to warm up to people. She took some time to give Olive some treats and get to know her prior to taking her out for the walk which was so appreciated! I am excited to have her take Olive on more walks.”

About: I’ve had a dog in my house pretty much my whole life, but since moving out of my parents house earlier this year I have missed that aspect. I love to walk, and I love dogs, it’s a perfect combo! I can promise you that in my care your pet will NEVER be bored :) I work from home and my schedule is very flexible. I already go on multiple walks daily so having a dog with me would make them even more fun! I will follow your directions to a tee! I have a backyard area that’s fenced fenced in as well actually, it’s more of a children’s playground but dogs are out there all the time. But at the end of the day, it’s your pet and I will do exactly as I’m told!
“Sydney is amazing with my Benji. She’s communicative, attentive, and truly cares about my pup. I always know he’s in good hands with her. Highly recommend Sydney!”

The Waterfront dog parents share their Rover experiences
Zhongni has been amazing! She walked my dog for several days, twice a day, and it was such a great experience. My dog absolutely loved her walks and was always happy and excited to go with her. She is calm, gentle, reliable, and truly caring. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. Highly recommend Zoni—I will definitely book her again!

Yuanqing took great care of our dog while we were out for a week. Our dog can be anxious and had trouble with being overstimulated when we boarded him. Yuanqing’s updates and pictures while we were out of town brought us peace of mind that our pup was feeling good and eating well.

Beverley was absolutely amazing. I had a super last minute meeting in the city and nowhere for my doggy, and she came to the rescue! I am so grateful for her kindness and flexibility. My dog was so relaxed and not at all nervous when she came back—it was clear she had a great time! Beverley is clearly an animal lover and cares deeply about the pets she watches. Thank you!!!

John and Beatrice are a lovely couple who stepped in and helped with taking our Maggie on her dog walks since her regular Dogwalker is away on a trip! They were kind and so reliable! Definitely would consider using them again!! Maggie seemed to gravitate towards them immediately, that’s always a good sign!!!
