“Sabrina took wonderful care of my dog. I had to book the boarding last minite, but Sabrina was very accommodating. She responded to my messages quickly and also kept sending me photos of how my dog was doing which gave me peace of mind. When I was picking him up, Sabrina explained in detail how he ate, slept, walked and behaved during the stay. This proved to me that Sabrina paid a lot of attention to my dog. During her 9 days with them, they made sure she got plenty of exercise with long daily walks and playtime at the park, and even a fun adventure upstate. Chandni and Isaac were very mindful to follow all of my care instructions, and ensured that Mabel felt right at home during her stay. I have nothing but kind and amazing words to say about Wai Pou and her family. As Miya, my dog, has anxiety at times from meeting new people, Wai Pou, Victor, and the kids made her feel right at home. With around the clock care, she was able to receive so much attention from the family. I have never met such a family that has had great patience and love for my dog since I’ve moved to the city and have always worried about who can provide such quality care and effort for my Velcro pet baby. However, I can confidently say that Wai Pou has the qualities that any pet parent is looking for to provide exceptional skills to watch your pet baby whether it being short or long term. Thank you, again Wai Pou, Victor, and the kids for providing my dog the love and attention while I was away.
This is the third time boy stayed with Onelsis, and the longest time so far (13 days)—she once again exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely book again! I appreciated how she kept me updated regularly throughout his stay with plenty of pictures and thoughtful messages about how he was doing, his eating, his walks and interactions with other dogs. She went an extra mile making sure there were no issues with his interactions with other dogs ( Boy is typically very easy going but became a little cranky mid-stay) and adjusted accordingly. I knew I could rely on her taking excellent care of Boy and really appreciate how attentive she was to all of his needs. Would definitely recommend her!
Clara was an exceptional sitter for my dog, Bagel! She not only sent me frequent updates to make sure to give me peace of mind but also went out of her way to ask really detailed questions during meet and greet. She was fantastic. I would definitely rebook and highly recommend her!
Michael watched my almost 11 year old pup for a few days and he was great! He was very accommodating with adding an extra day to my already booked stay for her. As well, as being understanding when my flight was slightly delayed. Stella seemed to have a great time with her new friends!
I had to find someone to watch my dog overnight on short notice, and I’m so glad I found Eduardo! He was incredibly friendly, communicative, and took great care of her. I really appreciated that he introduced her to the other dogs gradually instead of all at once, which helped her feel more comfortable. He even let her sleep with him, so I knew she was getting lots of attention and wasn’t stressed being away from home. I would absolutely trust him with my dog again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Jocelyn was great with our little Italian greyhound Lily. She met with us before hand the stay and even picked up and dropped off Lily. She was easy to communicate with, caring and sent regular updates with photos and videos. I hope to have her watch Lily again!
