“We cannot say enough how relieved and happy we were that Dee and Stephanie were available to keep our two girls for two weeks! We do have other sitters we like but there is just something about Dee and Stephanie that makes us comfortable leaving them for so long. We’ve never taken such a long trip, and being out of the country is an extra stressor when you’re worried about your fur babies. We were sent a report, photos, and videos every day. Our girls got lots of play time in the yard, which is what we really wanted. They came home cleaner than they arrived, which made our return home so much easier. We don’t know that we’ll ever take such a long trip again, but we do know that our girls will get to go to Camp D&S again!!”

“It has been a long time since I've had to board my pets with someone I didn't know. It is hard enough to leave our fur babies in the care of a friend or family member, but it is an more nerve-wracking experience to place them into the care of a stranger. Michael assuaged those fears before we even met him! He asked all the right questions about our boy's needs from the get-go (he's a large senior dog with arthritis) and gave me frequent updates and pictures of how he was doing. He walked our boy judiciously and gave him all of his food and medications just as we would. He was wonderful. It was such a relief knowing that our boy was in such capable, caring hands. We're in town for work but are lucky enough to have weekends off. We picked our boy up today and he looked so happy and healthy. Michael did such a great job that we're going to utilize his services again next week. I just can't say enough good things about him.”

Kevin was absolutely amazing with my dog. She’s usually very anxious around strangers, but it took no time at all for her to warm up to him. He made sure she stayed active and happy with walks and trips to the park, she even made some new goose and duck friends, tho they hissed at her😅. I really appreciated the regular updates, photos, and videos which gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was having a great time. One of my favorite things was how he played along with her quirky personality including balancing things on her head 😄. It’s clear he genuinely cares and connects with the dogs he watches. I’d 100% recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and attentive sitter!
This was our first time using Rover, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Chi-Wing and his partner were incredibly communicative, responsive, and reassuring. As a first-time Rover user (and a very anxious dog mom traveling internationally), that meant everything to me. They were flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, patient with all of my questions, and made the entire process feel seamless. During Sana’s stay, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They sent consistent updates throughout the day, with detailed notes, photos, and videos. I always knew exactly how Sana was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Sana struggles with separation anxiety, especially in new environments, and often refuses to eat when she’s feeling that way. Despite me packing multiple toppers, Chi-Wing and their partner truly went the extra mile trying everything to get her to eat. They experimented with different foods, added chicken, cheese, treats, even tried alternative kibble, bakery items, and goat milk—just to make sure she was getting some nourishment. It was clear how deeply they cared about her wellbeing and comfort. Beyond that, they were incredibly attentive to her emotional needs. They kept me informed when she was having a tough time, celebrated her small wins (like finally eating or sleeping through the night), and made sure she felt safe and supported as she adjusted. It was so heartwarming to see her slowly come out of her shell, make friends, and start enjoying herself. Their home is warm, calm, and clearly run by people who genuinely love and understand dogs. Sana was treated like family. I’m so grateful to have found them and would 100% trust them with Sana again. If you’re looking for sitters who are thoughtful, communicative, flexible, and truly go above and beyond—look no further.
Ziyao looked after our rather shy pup (~10lbs, 4.5yrs old) for ~10 days and did a great job. Lots of videos and photos and good back and forth kept us at ease on our trip as the pup seemed to have a genuinely good time with her. There is also a nice dog park just near her where the pup can have a good run around as well, so not like others where it’s just leashed, urban walks. Would definitely recommend.
Mary really saved the day when we booked a last minute trip and needed someone to watch Pony. Pony usually stays with friends so we were reluctant at first to go the route of sitter however I cannot express enough gratitude towards Mary. She is caring, warm and you can tell from all the videos she sends of the dogs, they are happy and having a great time. Having someone who cares just as much about Pony as we do means a lot and we can’t thank her enough. Pony can't wait for his next visit!
Yuan and Rober did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our dog during her boarding stay! They followed all of our detailed instructions so carefully and paid great attention to every part of her daily routine. Rebi loved his stay with Nicolle, Ronaldo and Luna. Luna is the sweetest girl who just galloped around rebi during our meeting and greet and in all the videos we saw with her :). He came back to us happy and tired at the same time. Nicolle and Ronaldo treated him like family and he was able to access all corners of their space (including sleeping on Nicolle's foot under her desk while she worked!). This made us very happy as that is how we treat our boy :). We were sent a lot of updates and photos and we cant wait to see all the memories Rebi continues to make while at their place in the future.
Pratik watched my pup, pepper, for the first time while I was out of town. My original sitter had canceled last minute! Luckily he was able to accommodate and even suggested a meet and greet to ensure pepper was comfortable. Remained super communicative and shared lots of pictures. Would highly recommend!
Pascalle was great with Kibo, she was very nice from the beginning and I could sense Kibo felt comfortable with her. She is very good and calm with dogs, very loving. Kibo seemed sad when I picked him up. She was very professional and communicative throughout the stay. I would definitely leave my dogs with her again. Thank you so much
