Our kitty absolutely loved her time with Feiran! She was so attentive to Piglet especially to her dietary restrictions and other small details. Kaitlynn took a SUPER last minute booking when I really needed someone to watch Rosie after my other sitter bailed last minute. She made sure to play with Rosie, make sure she pottys, and soothe her given she has separation anxiety. She had plans but took a detour just so Rosie didn’t have to be alone the whole time.

Xueming is truly a cat whisperer and an exceptionally dependable caregiver. She looked after our two cats for two weeks while we were away, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in her care. From the very beginning, she was patient, gentle, and incredibly attentive to their individual personalities and needs. One of our cats, Quentin, is typically very shy and anxious around new people, often hiding for days when we have visitors. With Xueming, however, he began to warm up in just two days. By the end of the first week, he was not only comfortable but actively waiting for her arrival each day — something we’ve never seen him do with anyone else. That alone speaks volumes about her calm presence and natural connection with animals. Our other cat, Momo, became ill shortly before our departure, and unfortunately, his condition worsened while we were away. Xueming handled the situation with remarkable responsibility and care. She administered his medication on schedule, gently cleaned his eye and nose discharge, monitored his symptoms closely, and kept us consistently updated. When we noticed his condition deteriorating one night, she did not hesitate to take him to an emergency vet in the middle of the night. Her quick action and sound judgment gave us enormous peace of mind during a very stressful time. Momo is still recovering, but we are certain that without Xueming’s attentiveness and dedication, the situation could have been far more serious. We are deeply grateful for the compassion, reliability, and professionalism she showed throughout our time away. We would wholeheartedly recommend Xueming to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and genuinely caring cat sitter.
