About: I’m a 19 year old college student who currently isn’t working, so I spend most of my time at home. I have a small Maltese Shih Tzu mix that I’ve had for almost nine years, and he’s a big part of my daily life. I love taking him on walks, bringing him to the dog park, and just going out with him in general because I truly believe all pets deserve to enjoy fresh air and have a good day outside. I also have experience caring for other animals, since I’ve looked after friends and family members pets, including dogs, cats, and even bunnies. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, making sure they feel safe, cared for, and happy. My schedule is pretty flexible overall. I attend college Monday through Thursday, but my classes are only about three hours each day. Outside of that, I’m usually at home, which gives me plenty of time and availability to care for pets, take them on walks, and give them the attention they need. I’m free most afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and I can easily adjust my routine to fit different pet care needs. About: I’ve grew up with dogs my whole life. My first dog was a rottie so I’m familiar with the rottie rumble and my other dogs were pit bulls. Animals in general read energy very well. Dogs can sense when a good person is near them. I treat dogs like little children! If boarding Friday I can take the dog out for a walk before settling in. I live in the brand new luxury apartments that has a dog yard outside. Saturday’s could be a park day or a long board walk towards Bayonne. Depending on the weather, a nice picnic or a drive in movie theater. Then pick up on Sunday! My apartment is spacious with a big bathroom. I do have a patio that is fenced. If they need to use the bathroom outside given they are trained using the weewee pads.

She responded respectfully and was willing to make adjustments. There were a few bumps in communication and timing, which I understand can happen, especially for someone just starting out. I prefer to be asked about certain things in advance (such as bringing someone to the apartment or leaving the lights on), and I could have cleared that up upfront. I think with more experience, she’ll continue to grow and improve.”
