“If you have a cat, Ganlu is like the guru of sitters. Honestly, I don’t think you can find better care. We booked her for an extended period and she just surprised me every day. We had a bunch of sitters through the years that did the basics which was ok, but Ganlu did so much more: she played every day and even brought toys, she brushed our cat on a regular basis, she cleaned and vacuumed the dining and litter areas, she happily did me a few favors as well. She was flexible with the booking, communicative, she let me know about any concerns with our cat. So grateful for her, we had peace of mind even if we were gone a while.”

I’m a longtime volunteer and foster parent with Muddy Paws Rescue, and I’ve spent the past 8+ years dedicating my time to animal welfare — from walking and sitting to helping dogs find their forever homes. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. I’ve fostered over 39 dogs and helped them find their forever home! I have extensive experience with both dogs and cats, and I bring a gentle, attentive approach to every pet I care for. I’m also the proud dad of two rescue chihuahuas, Rocky and Daisy — one of whom is a senior, and senior pups hold a special place in my heart. There’s nothing I love more than helping older dogs feel safe, loved, and pampered in their golden years. I use the earnings from Rover to pay for supplies and food for my foster pups through Muddy Paws. So I try to offer the lowest rates I can since I know how expensive pet care can be, being a pet parent myself. Whether your pet is playful or mellow, young or old, I’d be honored and it would be a privilege to care for them like one of my own. They are incredibly sweet and patient pups and have been great with all their foster siblings and will make them feel at home really quickly! I also have a dog run in the building and would be happy to take your pup there or for long walks to get some exercise.

Christopher was so great with our complicated situation! We have three cats with different food and medication needs, so we wanted to make sure we were in good hands. He was super calm, kind, helpful, and sent great photos. He also was patient with our shy cat and gave him good attention once he was ready. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Aniko was fantastic and I’d absolutely book with her again! She stepped in short notice over a weekend, organised a meet and greet straight away, and made me feel completely at ease from the outset. It’s obvious she genuinely loves cats, and my two warmed to her really quickly too. One of my cats is diabetic and needs insulin twice a day, and I had no concerns at all about leaving him in her care. She handled his injections without any issues and kept me updated with lots of photos and messages throughout, which made being away from them so much easier. She even left a lovely note for me when I got home, which was such a thoughtful touch. Friendly, reliable and clearly someone who really cares about the animals she looks after. I’d happily trust her with my two again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
She’s incredible. I’m highly disorganized and she was able to navigate all of the unanswered questions and provide the best care. My cat has digestive problems and she is always very diligent. I cut my trip short and came back a day early. Easily adjusted the visit schedule and it was an overall great experience. This is my 2nd time with her and 10/10 fabulous.
Nayeli was communicative, responsible and considerate, and went the extra mile while watching my cat - she even brought over a treat (after asking my permission) to give my shy girl to get her to come out. She is clearly an animal lover and I would highly recommend her!
