About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with both a cat and a dog whom I adored dearly, and after recently saying goodbye to them, being around pets again means the world to me. My hands-on experience started early—around age 10, I began house sitting and checking in on my neighbors' two Greyhounds, learning how to manage larger breeds and respect individual pet routines. Most recently, I spent time volunteering at my hometown Humane Society through their "Doggie Day Out" program, taking rescue dogs on outdoor adventures, walks, and park outings. Volunteering gave me great practice handling dogs of different temperaments, leash manners, and energy levels with patience and care. And it made my love for animals grow even stronger. Since I work from home, I have a very flexible daily schedule and can easily take breaks away from my desk. Stepping out to take a dog for a walk or drop in for a play session is the perfect way for me to stay active while helping out local pet parents. You can count on reliable, prompt care during mid-day work hours when your pet needs it most. My goal is simple: to make sure your pet is comfortable, happy, and loved whenever you are away! Safety: Navigating busy city streets requires constant attention. I keep a secure grip on standard leashes, keep dogs away from potential street hazards, and ensure zero forced interactions with other animals. About: I've been dog-sitting since before I could drive. In elementary school I even had my own dog walking business! While most of my experience has been with bigger dogs, I'm comfortable with any and all breeds or sizes. My family dogs growing up were rescued mutts and a mini doodle, and someday I hope to have a dachshund of my own!
