Michelle was a wonderful sitter - She was very caring, thoughtful, gave us regular updates with videos and pictures of mocha, and also was very communicative and easy to reach. She also went an extra mile to clean mocha after a walk where things got a little messy and also reached out to us to give mocha cooked food ! Overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend Michelle as a sitter !
As the 1st time we’ve used Rover, Clara made it easy and put us at ease. We travel in an RV and need to leave our pup occasionally when we have long days out or a very busy few days. Clara communicated with us well before we left our dog and then sent great photos having a great time with her, which was so fun to receive. Thank you so much!
Our dog Brussel Sprout loved staying with Zoe! Zoe is so sweet and took such good care of him while we were away! He had so much fun playing, taking walks, and getting so much attention. She communicated regularly and sent photos, reassuring me that Maxine was well cared for - allowing me to have a great weekend away.
Ziyao and her mom took wonderful care of Poke and treated him like family during his stay. They kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Excellent service and beyond our expectations! Mr. Chi took amazing care of our dog for 11 days and made him feel completely at home. We loved receiving lots of picture updates throughout the day, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. What we appreciated most was how he kept our dog on his normal routine while also letting him enjoy the company of the other dogs. Mr. Chi gave him so much attention, care, and even extra healthy food choices. The space was very clean, spacious, and perfect for dogs. This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!
Grace was amazing with Joey! He was clearly happy and well cared for. We loved receiving lots of photos and videos of him having a great time. We also had to unexpectedly extend our booking, and Grace was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We’re very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her!
Christina was AMAZING! She took great care of our baby especially administering his medicine. She sent pictures and updates the entire time. She made sure he was loved and cuddled as well. I could tell Olly fell in love with her during his stay. Highly highly recommend Christina!! Will be using her again in the future ❤️
