I asked to meet and she agreed, it was an early meet. She was sweet and CoCo liked her, we chatted for a few but I already saw and read everything I needed to know in her profile and the pictures she has available. The hand off went smoothly, no issues. She sent plenty of videos and pictures of CoCo making new friends at her house and playing. Of course there were plenty of cuddle sessions that CoCo loved. I have already recommended her to some of my friends and family who have furbabies if they ever need boarding or pop in visits to their home. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. Excellent service and beyond our expectations! Mr. Chi took amazing care of our dog for 11 days and made him feel completely at home. We loved receiving lots of picture updates throughout the day, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. What we appreciated most was how he kept our dog on his normal routine while also letting him enjoy the company of the other dogs. Mr. Chi gave him so much attention, care, and even extra healthy food choices. The space was very clean, spacious, and perfect for dogs. Maidely is incredible. She is so kind and so so gentle with our older pup. She treated him like her own and I felt so relieved to know he was in safe and loving hands.
