“I made a booking last minute and I was very impressed by Jonathan’s flexibility to accommodate my baby. Coommunication was great from beginning to end. He is very quick to respond too, literally in seconds! I was so surprised when I handed him my small baby, she felt so comfortable right away and showed no signs of anxiety at all. That was so impressive. I loved how he would send me updates, pictures, videos and end of day (report) of how the overall day had gone.
