She’s very aware of triggers and I always feel at ease knowing my dog is in good hands. She makes sure my dog gets real time outside, including the park (her favorite), not just quick potty breaks. “Susi is not only great with both our cat and dog...she goes above and beyond to help in times of need! We were traveling for an extended 10 day period and decided to book Susi to stay at our apartment for the time we were gone with our cat Stevie. Stevie always liked Susi but was clearly immediately at ease with Susi living in our place, constantly snuggling with her and showing affection. About 4 days into the trip, a massive storm hit and our balcony flooded. It caused flooding in our downstairs neighbor's apt and if it wasn't caught right away, would've flooded ours. Susi spotted it and figured out how to coordinate with the Super and neighbor to make sure the situation was under control. Without Susi we wouldve had a MUCH bigger problem to deal with. We're so appreciative of Susi not only for how much our pets love her but for treating our home like her own! 10/10 would recommend Susi!”

Leigh was amazing with our corgi, Rigatoni! We were in a bind with finding someone on short notice and Leigh stepped in with some options for us. She came over to meet us and quickly bonded with him! Throughout her 3 days, she was super communicative and provided us with updates and pictures. Rigatoni loved spending time with her in the comfort of our apartment and going on his daily walks. Fernando takes excellent care of our foster dog, Ernesto and this stay was no exception. Even though he's watched him a few times before, each stay is different as Ernesto learns and grows and Fernando handles each update and change beautifully. He's a wonderful communicator and we never even have to wonder how Ernesto is doing when we are away because Fernando keeps us posted at every step. Thank you so much, Fernando!
Katherine was incredible! Our dog has some medical concerns and this was our first time leaving him with a sitter since he began his medication. She was so great about following our administration instructions for the meds, as well as anything else we shared with her. I’d highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again! Our dog was so loved while we were out of town, and that’s truly all we could want!
We had a great experience with Salette while we were away from Wednesday through Sunday. Mushi and Lola were calm, happy, and well cared for when we returned which is always the best sign. Claire is THE BEST! 5 stars isn’t enough! She took incredible care of our dog for a week, sending us pictures and updates multiple times a day. Leading up to our trip, Claire made sure to stop by for a walk through so she knew where everything was for our dog. She is so kind and takes such great care of our dog. Hugh was great with my two older large dogs. He administered medication and even cooked for one of my dogs who was sick at the time. He was prompt with communication and left my apartment in a good condition. I highly recommend Hugh and will definitely reach out to him again.
Anikó is exactly the kind of person you want caring for a senior cat. Bruno is getting on in years, so handing him over to someone new always comes with a little anxiety — but Anikó put that to rest immediately. She brushed him, trimmed his nails, and when an unexpected health issue came up, handled it swiftly and kept us fully in the loop. That kind of calm good judgment is hard to find. She sent beautiful photos and videos throughout (a few are now permanent additions to Bruno’s collection), and I came home to little gifts like eye masks waiting for me. She’d even gifted Bruno a silver vine toy, which he loves. I’m certain he misses her. We’ll definitely be booking again if she’s available!
