Hi there! My name is Jenid, and caring for dogs isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love. With over 5 years of hands-on dog care experience, including 3 years working in doggy daycare and overnight boarding, I’ve had the joy of working with pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether it’s a rambunctious puppy learning the ropes or a senior dog needing a little extra TLC, I’ve been there! I currently share my life with my sweet Mal-Shi, and I also help care for my parents’ Yorkies and Shih Tzu, as well as my roommate’s spunky Jack Russell Terrier. I’ve even had a Pit Bull in the past, so I’m very comfortable with strong breeds too. I’m committed to making every dog feel safe, loved, and right at home. Miss J is seriously the best dog sitter you could ever ask for. She goes so far above and beyond to take care of our girl, Marlow, while we are out of town. Miss J will plan outings like hikes, walks, dog park visits, and even does doggie art with our girl while we are away! Seriously, I think our dog likes it more when we are away because then she gets to do all these fun things with Miss J 😂

Can’t say enough great things about Jenid! She was very understanding and patient with Zuri while she adapted to having someone in the house. You can really tell that she has a lot of experience. Jenid is amazing!!! We can’t say enough good things! She is responsive, sent us so many cute pictures and updates, left our apartment so clean and most importantly made sure our dog had a great weekend when we were away. She went above and beyond when our flight was delayed she stayed late with our dog. She also did an Easter egg hunt and basket and spoiled our pup with treats and goodies. It’s obvious how much she loves dogs and it’s truly a gift. We can’t wait to have her watch our dog again, she had the best weekend!

Jenid is FANTASTIC! I could not recommend her enough, especially if you're in Jersey City. She's detail-oriented, incredibly friendly with Gracie, and provides her meaningful exercise and socialization while my girlfriend and I are at work. We've worked with Jenid for over a year. Schedule
I currently work at a dog daycare, usually during morning shifts. That means I have plenty of flexibility for afternoon and evening walks or visits—and I always do my best to schedule around prior commitments to make things easy for my clients. I’m also experienced with administering medications, including pills and topical treatments—even for pups who are a little stubborn about taking them!
