A typical day with the pets I care for starts with lots of love and attention. I make sure their basic needs are taken care of—fresh food, clean water, and a bathroom break to start the day. From there, I follow their regular routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. If we're going for a walk, we’ll explore the neighborhood or go to a nearby park, depending on their energy level and preferences. Throughout the day, I keep things engaging with playtime, cuddles, and companionship. I also provide regular updates to pet parents so they can feel connected and reassured while they're away. What fun activities will you do with the pets you watch and/or walk?: Every pet is different, so I personalize the fun! For dogs, that might include long walks, fetch, tug-of-war, or practicing commands and tricks. For cats, I’ll engage them with feather toys, laser pointers, or even just quiet cuddle time. If the pet enjoys it, I’ll also introduce puzzle toys or games to keep their minds active. Whether it's a high-energy pup who loves adventure or a senior pet who prefers a slow stroll and a nap in the sun, I make sure they get attention, exercise, and lots of love.
