“Stephanie was very quick to respond and super helpful and efficient with walking our dog for a last minute request when our regular sitter couldn’t come over. Thank you Stephanie! We will be calling again!”

“Raj was great with my 14 yr old Shih Tzu. He shows compassion and was good at communicating. All very important when I’m working long days at the theater.🐾❤️ Thank you so much for your help during a stressful time away from my baby girl.”

“I definitely recommend trusting Karen with your pup. She is very communicative, she sent updates when she picked up my dog and dropped her back off. She is very reliable and I would recommend trusting your pups with her.”

“Frankie is absolutely amazing! My dog Nardo had a wonderful time on every walk with him. He always came home happy, relaxed, and tired in the best way—clearly well-exercised and content. One of the cutest things was how Nardo would wait by the door for Frankie, tail wagging with excitement. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that my dog, who is basically my son, was in such caring and trustworthy hands. Frankie is not only great with dogs but also a genuinely awesome person. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog walker!”

“Ronald was great. I usually have to use Rover in emergency situations and Ronald was super helpful when I had to unexpectedly leave Luna at home - she had a great walk and was well cared for and Ronald was super kind and courteous!”

“Emily does a great job with my pup Dolce! She was my dog sitter for when I went out of town for 5 nights and I came home to a happy pup! The apartment was clean and tidy when I came home. She gave me updates along the way and when I got settled back into town I decided to hire her as my regular dog walker for Dolce. She comes twice a week and takes her out. She takes photos along the walk and I feel confident that Dolce is being looked after well. Highly recommend!”

About: Genuine compassionate care from a dog owner’s eyes. I’ve taken care of dogs of every size and have done some volunteer work for shelters. I believe all animals are precious and yours is too. I work from home and my schedule is fairly flexible, can be done at basically any time of the day I want. So I can fit in anywhere when needed 2 daily walks minimum, extensive attention and play, and being sure needs are met. Most pets thrive off structure, and knowing a good schedule for them is best
“If there was an option for more than 5 stars, Emily would be receiving them. She is one of the sweetest individuals I have ever encountered. She is kind and patient with my two older, stubborn dogs. Each week, she arrives with a smile and takes the dogs out, rain or shine, whether they want to go or not (they are quite lazy). We are incredibly fortunate to have found Emily!”

“Emily is so communicative and patient with my dog who takes a little bit to warm up to new people. She is reliable and always follows updated instructions. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“I think the countless pictures with hordes of happy pups on her profile already speak volumes, but to echo the many others, Jenid is a gift to Hoboken/Jersey City’s dog community. She’s extremely communicative and caring, and expressed a clear passion for animal care. She takes great care of my Doberman, attentive to his happiness, health, and well being like it’s second nature. She’s the Michael Jordan of dog walkers.”

“Alison was incredibly patient with my new rescue dog, Olive, who tends to need a bit of time to warm up to people. She took some time to give Olive some treats and get to know her prior to taking her out for the walk which was so appreciated! I am excited to have her take Olive on more walks.”

“Stephanie walked Lonny twice a day for a week and was super punctual, followed direction and extremely caring towards Lonny. I will definitely hire again for future care.”
About: My love for dogs started with my family’s golden retriever, Sunshine, who I grew up caring for. Since then, I’ve continued my pet care journey with my own Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who I’ve raised for the past 8 years. Along the way, I’ve also dog-sat for friends, gaining experience with different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every dog as if they were part of my own family. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and loved, whether that’s through long walks, playtime, or extra patience for senior dogs. I work part-time remotely, which gives me a very flexible schedule to care for pets. I can easily adjust my day to fit in walks, drop-ins, or playtime, and I’m available most weekdays and weekends. Caring for dogs is something I truly enjoy, so I make sure it’s part of my daily routine. I provide a safe and loving environment for every dog I care for. I carefully follow each pet parent’s instructions, whether that means keeping to feeding schedules, administering medication, or using a crate if needed. On walks, I’m attentive and mindful of safety, and at home, I create a calm and comfortable space where dogs feel secure. With my own experience raising dogs, I treat every pup like part of the family and make their well-being my top priority.
About: Hi, I’m Jocelyn! Based in Journal Square, Jersey City, I offer flexible pet care as a student with experience handling different pet personalities. My own toy poodle, Honey, is friendly but keeps to herself, while my two cats are independent. This background helps me adjust to any pet’s needs, whether they’re social or prefer their space. I also speak both English and Spanish for clear communication. I’m dedicated to giving each pet attentive, personalized care tailored to their comfort. As a student with a flexible schedule, I can accommodate walks, drop-ins, and boarding based on your pet’s needs. I’m available for early morning, midday, and evening visits on weekdays, and I have open availability on weekends. Let me know your pet’s routine, and I’ll work with you to find the best times for their care! In My Home: Your pet will have a cozy, safe space where they can relax comfortably, especially if they prefer quiet or personal space. With my toy poodle Honey and two independent cats, I’m used to balancing different personalities. I offer structured routines with regular feeding, walks, and playtimes, always keeping an eye on their comfort and stress levels. Pets are allowed on the furniture. If you'd like your dog to be crated, please provide your own crate. In Clients’ Homes: I ensure each visit feels familiar and comforting for your pet, sticking to their routine as much as possible. I refresh food, water, and any bedding as needed, and provide companionship and calm engagement. My focus is on creating a seamless transition so your pet feels safe and secure while you’re away.
“Shaina is so kind and patient with the pups as they got used to her for the first day or two. One of my dogs can be moody and she handled him with grace and patience until he was comfortable. Highly recommend!”

About: Hello! My name is Melissa. I am a lover of all animals and am hoping to add your furry family member to the list of pets that I’ve had the honor of meeting. I have grown up around cats and dogs my whole life and took this one step further by adopting my own kitty, Leo, after moving out of my parents house. He is basically my child and my philosophy with pet sitting is to provide the same care to your pet as I would for him. I have further experience with dogs as during college, I spent three years as a club member for a club that raised service dogs in training. My role in this club was being a sitter, meaning I would watch the pups (ranging from 10 weeks to 2 years old) while their raisers were away. I would spend this time practicing commands with them, walking them or taking them on playdates with other pups in the programs, or snuggle with them at my apartment. These times were some of my best memories of college. I also still help my parents when I go home to visit with my childhood dog, Charlotte. She is 15 years old, partially blind and deaf, and requires multiple oral medications daily as well as numerous potty breaks. I have additional oral/eye/ear medication experience as well as general medical knowledge through my day job as a pediatric nurse. Another cool fact is that during college, I briefly volunteered at a wild life refugee and got experience with horses, raccoons, deer, and other cool animals. Like I said- I’m a lover of all animals. I am hoping to offer my services as a way to be around more animals while respecting my cats’ wishes to not have another in the house. If you think I may be a good fit for taking care of your furry family member, please feel free to reach out. I would love to provide any additional details needed :) I will be working full time as a nurse but given that I only work 3 days a week I will have a lot of availability. The days I work do change each week but I will know in advance what days I will be working. I will do my best to earn an animal’s trust in a way that makes them comfortable, so that they feel safe in their own environment and trust me while I’m around. Whether that means an animal warms up to me right away or needs awhile along with some space before I come close to them, I can adapt to either scenario. I would also like to know about any general hiding places the animal may have when they get anxious so that if I am having trouble finding them, I know where to look. This would all be stuff I would like to communicate about with the owner ahead of time so I feel confident while sitting for their pet.

About: I’ve always had family pets, and Kaiser has been with me now for 10 years. I love meeting new animals, and I’ve never been intimidated by size or behavior, they are all friends to me! I like sitting with pets and giving them good cuddles and scratches when they warm up to me. Besides all that, I am highly reliable and available to communicate at all times. Right now I am working fully from home, and I make my own hours so I can organize my day around your pet’s needs. I can guarantee walks for dogs at least twice a day, certainly more as needed. My rented space does not have yard access, so boarding would be fully indoors between walks. I also have two cats and a dog, and while they all get along famously, if you’re uncertain how well your pet would share the space with mine, we can try a test meeting, or else I’m happy to do drop-in visits at your home.
About: Hi there, I’m AnnMarie! I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, but really started understanding the love and care they need when I got my first cat and first dog at 7 years old. I grew up with Labrador retrievers, a blue front Amazon parrot, cats, frogs, fish, hermit crabs, and some others I’m definitely forgetting as I write this. I currently have a dog named Maple, a spunky, confident, and affectionate 1.5 year old corgi who would love a few more friends like your dog or cat! She grew up in a home with a ton of other dogs and cats and is always up for playdates and sleepovers. I’m capable of providing whatever your animal needs - a long (or short) walk, playtime, snuggles on the couch, meals, and commands/trick reinforcement. I also have experience administering medications to dogs and cats, including eye drops, and can manage other normally challenging health conditions or issues. I currently work full time but have availability in the evenings (usually after 6pm) on Thursdays and Fridays for drop in visits or walks, and most weekends are completely free for boarding, day care, drop ins, or walks! I frequently update my calendar to give clients the best idea of my availability. If you don’t see something/the dates you’re looking for, please reach out and we can discuss. I have an extremely friendly dog to keep yours company, but if the preference would be separation between yours and mine, that works perfectly fine too! I have a spacious apartment with multiple bedrooms, and while I don’t have a yard, I do have access to a rooftop dog run! I’m also a short drive from a huge park, where I frequently walk my dog, otherwise I keep walks local.
“Alicia is amazing! My dog loved her so much upon meeting, and she was an absolute life saver when I left for vacation. She is prompt, always updates with many photos, and let’s you know everything! She is definitely my permanent dog walker from now on.”

“Chelsea was amazing with my baby!!!! She gave me a lot of updates and spent her time getting to know him and forming a relationship with him. Highly recommend. My dog & I were very happy with her!”
