Dog Walking The Rockaways

About: I have had pets, or as I say friends my whole life. For the past 22 years, I have taken care of my own as an adult. I have had both cats and dogs both at the same time. I treat all of my friends like family. I am a dedicated animal lover. I live in Rockaway beach. I am available on Thursdays and Fridays and most weekends. I am available Monday-Wednesday after 6PM. I am very flexible as well to accommodate special requests. I do not have a fenced in yard, however, I take my dog Tina for long walks around Rockaway, on the beach off season, and to the dog run on Shore.

About: My prominent pet care experience this year is with pitbulls and kitties (of separate families). Most of my dog experience is with big dogs, I’m happy to visit with small doggies too! Apart from pet care, I teach classes across the city (one hour classes throughout the week). It’s great when I have the opportunity to be with animals. It’s a little bit more chore work of course… I give all of the pet owners credit for doing what you do. During all visits I'm available by call or text. I provide quality care yet I do understand that sometimes when you’re away you might want a photo or two.

Although not as extensive in daycare or clinical facilities, in-home pet care allows for individualized attention where needed as needed without the external stressors of a constantly changing environment. Additionally, administering medication, following specific care instructions, and maintaining a safe environment are crucial, all of which I can provide based on my background and experience.

About: Former dog owner and shelter volunteer with over 15 years of experience. I’m a go-to sitter for friends and I’m an active runner on the Rockaway boardwalk. I'm very comfortable and capable with all temperaments and energy levels. I have a hybrid work schedule, where I work from home 3 days during the week, and would be able to take breaks for walks. Weekends I am free. I live in a 4th floor walk up that allows pets. Other tenants have dogs. I live less than 1 block away from the boardwalk and beach for walks.

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats my whole life. Friends and family have had me house sit and walk their dogs and check in on their cats for many years. I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and plenty of experience with small pets, birds and livestock as well! Any animal you have, I can care for. I have experience with medication, wound care, and injections if your pet needs those things as well. I've worked with plenty of seniors, young puppies/kittens, and special needs animals over the years too. I currently only work very early mornings and afternoons on Thursdays and Saturdays. I have time in my schedule to walk, feed, and check in on pets of all sorts. When at your home I can play with your dogs or cats. I can work on basic obedience and crating as well. I will clean any bowls, crates, or play areas needed and have no problem scooping waste from your yard if requested after letting your dog out. I will try my best to make your pet feel safe and comfortable with me at all times.

About: Hello. My name is Anton .I always had a dog in my life growing up. First it's was my aunt dog ,Ralph (Toy Terrier) and my grandmother had mud dog Renat. when I was younger , later on as a teenager we had Irish setter, Elza. Now, Me and my girlfriend l have two greygounds 7years old. Never raced. Their names are Makosh and Marka. We are usually go for walks/runs at 5am for 1-2 hours. Also we are going for runs in Jerome Huppert Woods , to chase deers for 30-40minutes. Occasionally we are going for bike and rollerblades rides . Once in a month we go for over weekend camping and hiking trips .Me and my girlfriend are living in 2 story house in in Elmwood Park.

About: I always had a dog growing up so I am very familiar with dogs and the care they require. In high school I got my own puppy who I raised and trained by myself. In addition to this I watched my neighbors cats every time her family went on vacation so I also have experience caring for cats as well as dogs! I’m home for the summer and have full availability! I can accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I have plenty of time to give pets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I would like to care for each pet exactly as instructed by the client to ensure the pet is comfortable. About: I've always had animals growing up and I loved taking care of them. I have 10 years of experience taking care of my own pets. I made sure they were fed a balanced diet, they had their daily walks, they were upto date with their vaccines. I also made sure that they were well-groomed, given lots of love and attention and spoiled rotten with toys! I currently work full time but I am available anytime after 3pm to pet sit the little cuties and I am free anytime on the weekends. I do not have yard space but I am close to the beach and there are a few parks to take the dogs for a walk!
