About: I’m a born-again pet person and love spending time with cats and dogs. Over the past five years, I’ve had the joy of fostering cats, providing them with a loving and caring environment while they await their forever homes. I look forward to meeting your furry companions and providing them with the care, attention, and love they deserve while you’re away! I am currently on a career break and have a lot of flexible time to dedicate to house sitting, drop-in visits, and walking your pet. When caring for pets in my client's home, I follow all instructions to a tee and pay careful attention to the changing needs of the animal. I am communicative and responsive should any issues arise.

About: I have had pets, or as I say friends my whole life. For the past 22 years, I have taken care of my own as an adult. I have had both cats and dogs both at the same time. I treat all of my friends like family. I am a dedicated animal lover. I live in Rockaway beach. I am available on Thursdays and Fridays and most weekends. I am available Monday-Wednesday after 6PM. I am very flexible as well to accommodate special requests. I do not have a fenced in yard, however, I take my dog Tina for long walks around Rockaway, on the beach off season, and to the dog run on Shore.

Due to transit times, I may not be able to take a last-minute request. **Dogs I have 17 years of experience, cats I grew up with and rabbits I have 7 years with** I had the pleasure of owning a big beautiful rottweiler greater swiss mountain dog boy for many years until I lost him to cancer. I also grew up with cats! Check out my kitty profile to see my best friend, an orange tabby boy. He made it all the way to high school putting up with me before it was his time to go. Losing him was as hard as losing my college best friend, my rottie mix. . Outside of that, I professionally raised, trained, and showed rabbits for a decade and had a professional show horse while I was in college. With the passing of my big rottie boy, I couldnt bring myself to have a new dog and my schedule is too busy to own another these days so instead I offer my services to help other busy pet owners. I have worked with pit bulls, huskies, stubborn shepherds, all kinds of dogs from volunteering at shelters to taking care of friends dogs while they were out of town to just helping neighbors get in potty breaks and walks for elderly pet owners who cant always go for long walks. . I am in my later 30s and have experience in the hospitality industry, corporate security industry, airline industry, and medical field (ex FF/Medic). Your pet is like one of your kids- their safety and security matters as much as someone who understands animal body language. Your dog and I can work on basic things like leash manners while on our walk (its all included if they need it). Im available to take dogs out for walks in my free time. Must book at least 24 hours in advance. I will update my availability based on my primary job schedule, any time I am out of town, or unavailable due to personal life appointments. I do not offer in my home sitting (I live in a condo and the HOA does not allow large pets in this facility/only service animals). I am a will check on your pet house call and on the go dog walker only. If your dog does not have a harness, I will NOT be walking your dof for their OWN safety. Dogs can easily slip out of leashes. It also helps them with leash manners and allows me better control of them if I needed to move them quickly from a situation. I prefer to walk dogs away from busy roads/busy intersections and will take advantage of any nature trails nearby. Dog parks can be stressful on dogs, so unless your dog has playmates that it regularly sees at a specific dog park, I will not take your dog to an unfamiliar area and let them run free with other dogs where they could become involved in a fight. Generally, I walk them around their local neighborhood or on a nature trail. NO car rides (I dont even have a car). Your dog always stays close to home and in a familiar environment. Treats will be used for positive reinforcement but due to dogs having food allergies, I DO NOT provide treats. All owners must provide their OWN pet-specific "safe treats" and note ANY restrictions such as "Only one or two whole treats" or for bigger dogs, "5 cookies max" (these are just generic examples, its up to you to know your pets diet and leave instructions for what your pet needs). CATS- same deal, although cats typically wont take treats from strangers so don't be offended or surprised if you find kitty crunchies left untouched. Kitty churus/"tubes"- if your cat cannot have the whole tube, please leave a ziplock baggie that I can put the remainder of the tube in. I will only squeeze out the directed amount and then place the tube in the baggie and leave it in your fridge so it doesnt spoil from the coastal heat/humidity and so bugs cant get in it.

About: I’ve been caring for my two Huskies and my neighbors dogs for years, giving me hands-on experience with energetic, intelligent dogs that require regular exercise, structure, and attention. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing safe and enjoyable walks, and making sure pets feel comfortable and well cared for. I treat every dog with patience, kindness, and the same level of care I give my own. Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine since I care for my two Huskies every day. On weekdays, I’m available for evening walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care. On weekends, I have much more flexibility and can provide longer walks, daytime care, and pet sitting. I always make time to give pets the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. My priority is always your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications (if needed), and any special preferences. I make sure pets always have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a safe environment. During walks, I stay alert, use secure leashes, and avoid unsafe situations. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own.

About: Former dog owner and shelter volunteer with over 15 years of experience. I’m a go-to sitter for friends and I’m an active runner on the Rockaway boardwalk. I'm very comfortable and capable with all temperaments and energy levels. I have a hybrid work schedule, where I work from home 3 days during the week, and would be able to take breaks for walks. Weekends I am free. I live in a 4th floor walk up that allows pets. Other tenants have dogs. I live less than 1 block away from the boardwalk and beach for walks.

About: Coming from a family of dog lovers, I have had the opportunity to care for pets from a very young age. I have frequently been entrusted in walking, feeding, bathing, and, of course, playing with numerous dogs in my lifetime, and hope to continue to care for such lovely pets for as long as I can. Rest assure that your fur babies will be safe under my care! I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets throughout the week. I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits every day, as long as I receive at least one day’s notice. Your pet’s comfort and routine are my priority, and I’m happy to accommodate your scheduling needs whenever possible. My home is equipped with a large yard for your dogs to play to their hearts content, along with fencing to prevent any accidental escapes. I also am a proud owner of a friendly American Eskimo, so you do not have to worry about your sweet pups getting lonely. If need be, I can keep my dog in a separate environment so as to not frighten your pup. I also have space to crate your pup if needed, as long as the crate itself is provided. As for my environment, I am a one minute walk from the beach so I can easily take your fur babies out for a walk along the boardwalk.

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats my whole life. Friends and family have had me house sit and walk their dogs and check in on their cats for many years. I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and plenty of experience with small pets, birds and livestock as well! Any animal you have, I can care for. I have experience with medication, wound care, and injections if your pet needs those things as well. I've worked with plenty of seniors, young puppies/kittens, and special needs animals over the years too. I currently only work very early mornings and afternoons on Thursdays and Saturdays. I have time in my schedule to walk, feed, and check in on pets of all sorts. When at your home I can play with your dogs or cats. I can work on basic obedience and crating as well. I will clean any bowls, crates, or play areas needed and have no problem scooping waste from your yard if requested after letting your dog out. I will try my best to make your pet feel safe and comfortable with me at all times.

I don't currently have any dogs or cats of my own, which means your pup gets 100% of my undivided attention, love, and care. My home is a calm, safe space where your pet can truly relax and feel right at home. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I am home most of the day. I am available all days for boarding and can easily accommodate flexible pick-up and drop-off times for owners. About: Hello. My name is Anton .I always had a dog in my life growing up. First it's was my aunt dog ,Ralph (Toy Terrier) and my grandmother had mud dog Renat. when I was younger , later on as a teenager we had Irish setter, Elza. Now, Me and my girlfriend l have two greygounds 7years old. Never raced. Their names are Makosh and Marka. We are usually go for walks/runs at 5am for 1-2 hours. Also we are going for runs in Jerome Huppert Woods , to chase deers for 30-40minutes. Occasionally we are going for bike and rollerblades rides . Once in a month we go for over weekend camping and hiking trips .Me and my girlfriend are living in 2 story house in in Elmwood Park.

About: I used to live with 5 dogs and take care of them, walk them twice a day and fed them with baked fresh meat. They are my mom’s dogs and I see them as my brothers I’m currently applying for pediatric residency training, so I’m available any time and I have a car to drive to destinations almost anywhere, thank you. I used to help my mom cake care if the dogs and cats, she works a lot so almost me doing everything about pets, walking them and take the youngest one to a training class.

About: I always had a dog growing up so I am very familiar with dogs and the care they require. In high school I got my own puppy who I raised and trained by myself. In addition to this I watched my neighbors cats every time her family went on vacation so I also have experience caring for cats as well as dogs! I’m home for the summer and have full availability! I can accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I have plenty of time to give pets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I would like to care for each pet exactly as instructed by the client to ensure the pet is comfortable. If allowed by the client, I enjoy taking pets outdoors for walks, exercise, and fresh air whenever appropriate
