“We used Lihuan's service for the first time via Rover so there was the usual stranger anxiety. However, we were able to do a video call with her in advance which put us at ease. She was super responsive via the app before, during and after which was so critically important to us! We got a lot of timely pics and videos from her, easily available updates and alignment on feeding, bio-breaks and walking events through the app and extremely quick drop off and pickup timings. My dog came back looking normal and happy like we left her. I would use her service again and recommend her wholeheartedly.”

“April and Josh took care of our Charlie so well. Charlie is a high energetic Labrador with too much of separation anxiety and we were really worried to leave him for 2 nights. We did a meet & greet the day before, and Charlie got instantly comfortable. Their dog Boba is very lovable and gentle. April communicated regularly and responded in a timely fashion and also sent lots of pictures. Charlie was very happy and well taken care of! I would feel completely comfortable leaving Charlie in their care again!”

At the meet and greet with Robin, we were worried when Shamu barked every time she got up and walked around. It always takes time for our cautious dog to warm up to new people. Robin suggested that Shamu stay with her to make certain that they would get along. Wow, we were surprised by the glowing reports and Robin told us that Shamu was a gentleman! Kseniia and her husband were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Lynn, over a 4 night stay! This was my first time leaving Lynn with a sitter, so I was a little nervous, but Kseniia made the whole experience incredibly easy and reassuring. She sent me regular photos, videos, and updates, and it was clear that Lynn was happy, relaxed, and very well cared for! I felt completely comfortable knowing Lynn was in such good hands and in such a lovely home. When I came to pick Lynn up, she was lying on her back getting belly rubs! I would absolutely book with Kseniia again and highly recommend her!
Jenna and her partner run a doggy boarding and daycare, I highly recommend them. They are amazing and treat all furry friends like family. Pamela did an excellent job taking care of Stella while we were away. We felt very comfortable knowing Stella was in such caring and attentive hands. Pamela kept Stella happy and engaged, and Stella had a wonderful time playing with Pamela’s two dogs in the backyard and even enjoying the dog pool. It was clear that Stella felt comfortable and became very attached to Pamela and her furry friends. After coming home, Stella actually seemed a little sad, and we think she was already missing them! We truly appreciate the wonderful care Pamela gave Stella and the welcoming environment she provided. It gave us great peace of mind while we were away with our family. I boarded my dog for 10 days with Su. I think my dog was happier than ever to be with her and her family in the home environment. Su also runs a doggy daycare so my dog got a chance to meet other dogs which was great. She also sent me pictures everyday so I can see how my dog is doing. I definitely recommend her for someone who is looking for sitting or boarding.

Michael and his wife Cindy are very nice and I can trust them for my dog. They both greeted after the booking and they work as a great team for the clear and easy communication.
