He sent daily updates and pictures, and in every photo, Koji looked relaxed and right at home. Dean truly treated Koji like his own dog and gave him so much love. He was fantastic at following all of my specific instructions for Koji’s daily feeding and grooming routines. I also really appreciated how attentive he was. He noticed a slight quirk in Koji's behavior and immediately checked in with me to make sure it was normal for him. It’s rare to find someone so observant and caring. I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. I shared a detailed care guide with them, and they followed everything to a tee. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire trip. “Bea and Cam were great hosts to Mia, 70lb hyperactive German Shepard. They followed directions to the tee, updated me with pictures while Mia was with them for 4 days. Bea and Cam also have 4 dogs of their own who are very loving and well behaved. Mia had a great time there with the other dogs. They have a fenced in back yard for the dogs to play and they all looked very content playing together. Communication was also great with them. “Siqin was a very good host to my dog, outstanding actually. She made sure he socialized well with her dog as my guy has social anxiety with other dogs. She was very kind when dealing with his mishaps, she sends multiple updates per day and gives wellness drops whenever she can. I think she also bathed him 😅 he came back to me a very good smelling happy guy. I would highly recommend boarding with her, I hope her availability doesn’t get too shotty because I’d love to board with her and only her going forward for as long as I can 👍”
