At the meet and greet with Robin, we were worried when Shamu barked every time she got up and walked around. It always takes time for our cautious dog to warm up to new people. Robin suggested that Shamu stay with her to make certain that they would get along. Wow, we were surprised by the glowing reports and Robin told us that Shamu was a gentleman! Robin and Daniel's loving ways won over our little dog. We are looking forward to using them again.”
“April and Josh took care of our Charlie so well. Charlie is a high energetic Labrador with too much of separation anxiety and we were really worried to leave him for 2 nights. We did a meet & greet the day before, and Charlie got instantly comfortable. Their dog Boba is very lovable and gentle. April communicated regularly and responded in a timely fashion and also sent lots of pictures. Charlie was very happy and well taken care of! I would feel completely comfortable leaving Charlie in their care again!”

She was super responsive via the app before, during and after which was so critically important to us! We got a lot of timely pics and videos from her, easily available updates and alignment on feeding, bio-breaks and walking events through the app and extremely quick drop off and pickup timings. Samantha was welcoming, flexible, proactive and timely with excellent communication with me to coordinate a warm introduction to Fiona and I. Samantha’s home, dogs and family are warm, kind, homey and a perfect setting for Fiona. She inquired about food and daily activity preferences, provided accommodations and flexibility to meet her needs, routine, provided her with comfort, exercise, fun, play and affection. Samantha sent photos, videos of daily activities, messages so that I could feel like not only was she happy, but I felt as if my best friend wasn’t far away while I was out of state. I HIGHLY recommend Samantha and will most Definitely have Fiona stay with her anytime I need to be away. Fiona was on a wonderful vacation at a 5 star resort.
Jenna and her partner run a doggy boarding and daycare, I highly recommend them. They are amazing and treat all furry friends like family. We needed our dog lucky to stay somewhere last minute and Jenna got back to me and everything worked out perfectly and lucky warmed up so fast to them. I couldn’t be more grateful ☺️
Pamela did an excellent job taking care of Stella while we were away. We felt very comfortable knowing Stella was in such caring and attentive hands. Pamela kept Stella happy and engaged, and Stella had a wonderful time playing with Pamela’s two dogs in the backyard and even enjoying the dog pool. It was clear that Stella felt comfortable and became very attached to Pamela and her furry friends. After coming home, Stella actually seemed a little sad, and we think she was already missing them! We truly appreciate the wonderful care Pamela gave Stella and the welcoming environment she provided. It gave us great peace of mind while we were away with our family. We would absolutely trust Pamela with Stella again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog sitter. Michael was amazing! He responded quickly to every message, making it incredibly easy to coordinate pickup and drop-off. He was also very flexible with his schedule, which gave our family peace of mind since we had different travel dates. Michael quickly understood that our dog, Walter, has some nervous energy when meeting other dogs. That didn't faze him at all—he welcomed Walter with patience and kindness, making sure he felt comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout his stay. Michael and his family are our first choice for dog sitting, and we will absolutely be booking with them again whenever we need someone to care for our pup. We highly recommend them!

Rashmi was super accommodating and made the whole experience stress free. Our flight kept getting delayed, so we couldn’t pick up our dog until after midnight. Despite the late hour, she was incredibly understanding and didn’t mind at all. Both the drop off and pick up process were easy and convenient. Jocelyn-Lisbeth and her family provided amazing care for our dog while we were away. During the booking stage, she proactively setup a meet-n-greet where she got to know our dog well, asked great questions about taking care of her, and was very accommodating of our specific needs, which instantly gave us a lot of confidence. Later during the actual stay, she consistently shared updates, photos and it was very evident that our dog was happy and well taken care of. Just a day prior to the start of the stay, our dog needed a procedure in her toe that required a strict 10-day medicine and care regime, which prompted us to reconsider our travel. But Jocelyn-Lisbeth readily offered to provide the necessary care and gave us peace of mind to proceed with our travel. She found creative ways to ensure the meds were taken and kept us continuously updated on the medicine intake and healing progress. We very highly recommend her (and her gfamily) and would consider them our top choice for future such needs.
