Their separate “cat room” was perfect for our kitty and they went the extra mile to make her feel loved and welcome. Mary even identified an acne flare up our cat was experiencing due to stress and followed the treatment plan I provided — doing warm compresses twice a day every day. She also provided daily photos and updates so we knew how Riyaan was doing the whole time. Our cat came home happy and well adjusted. We would not hesitate a minute before booking Mary again!
