Dog’s best friend :)
I’m a huge dog lover who’s very fortunate to have always been around them. I’ve grown up with big and small dogs and play with the dogs at the shelter regularly. My pup (10 year old terrier mix) gets daily walks, cuddles, and is best friends with all the small dogs at the dog park. Dogs are so loving and deserve to be treated with the same love and care.

When it comes to animal care and comfort, Janet is my go to. whether it be for walks, check ins, or overnight watch she can get it done! I've known her for over 5 years and have nothing but praise for how compassionate and driven she is for animals. She gets things done! my furry friends gets along so well with her dog too! (her name is smiley and she is an absolute sweetheart).

She took care of my husky puppy for a few days. She sent pictures and videos 2-3 a day. She took my dog to the marina for walking and gave him daily exercise.

Schedule
I am available early in the mornings everyday (before 10am and after 5pm on T and Th and before 2:30pm M,W,F.) I’m available all day on weekends and holidays.

Safety, trust & environment
I try to stay home as much as I can. If I’m not home, my mom and older sister are. I feed them breakfast and then go on a neighborhood walk at around 8am. If they cannot walk, I have a pet stroller. When at home, they will lounge around inside or outside. Backyard door remains open during the day so they can come inside and outside as they please. The yard is fully fenced. If it’s a hot day I will give them a bath, set a fan, or go somewhere cooler like the marina.
Pets
A typical day
I try to provide the dogs I take care of with as much enrichment as possible. This can look like playing, sniff walks/regular walks or runs, and dog puzzles. If I have permission I will take them to San Leandro Marina or Lake Chabot (always with leash on!) I typically do not take them to the dog park because I do not want to liable for any accidents that may occur with other dogs.
