“BEST EXPERIENCE! We were so nervous leaving our 6 month old puppy that we almost took him with us to Hawaii ?. Luckily, we took a chance and Shuvashna exceeded our expectations. She sent multiple pictures and videos every single day. Our kids were missing our puppy and seeing him so happy made them feel better. Norman went on hikes, played games, and napped just like at home! When we arrived to pick him up after 7 days, he wouldn’t leave Shuvashna’s side! Needless to say she became his human and we could tell how much he loves her! We’re so happy to have found her and will be using her every chance we get. Even for days when I’m just busy and need some time to run errands! Thank you SO MUCH Shuvashna! Normie misses you already ❤️.”

“This is the first time using Rover.com. Before, a friend took care of Twist on our vacations, but she has since moved away. We tried a kennel on our previous vacation, and it was a horrible experience for all of us. My dog was so freaked out afterward that it took a few days for him to recover. We also found a cut on his paw that was never reported. This last vacation, we decided to try Rover.com. We had booked another sitter, but he had a family emergency that came up. Luckily, Pyai responded quickly to our request. We had a meet and greet over the phone, and I felt comfortable leaving my loved one with him. At the door, Pyai was calm and his home seemed quiet. This was perfect for Twist, because loud noise freaked him out. Twist gets bored of his kibble, so we transition kibble with him often. It so happened that during the drop-off, Twist was running out of his kibble and needed to transition into the new bag. Pyai had no trouble handling this transition. Throughout our vacation, Pyai would send pictures, videos, and updates about Twist. Twist is a very shy dog and can get nervous around new people. He won't let just anyone rub his belly, but Pyai was rubbing his belly by the third day. Which meant he had grown to trust Pyai in a very short amount of time. I felt reassured that Twist was in good hands. We had a little issue with picking up Twist. Pyai's house is so big, he doesn't hear when someone's at the door. Calling him on the phone is the most effective way to get his attention. However, when the door did open, we were pleasantly surprised at how calm Twist was. In fact, when Pyai went back into the house to fetch his toys, Twist made as if he was going to follow him. I didn't know how to feel about that, but I take it as a good sign. We will definitely use Pyai again in the future.”

“Priscilla was amazing with my two little pups! She informed me along the way and answered every little question I had. She’s so passionate and caring for my little fur babies that it makes my dogs want to over stay their visit with Priscilla. They whine! Haha! I just adore Priscilla and her husband! Great duo for my furry kids!”

“Mary was an absolute lifesaver!! We left our 13-year old cat, Riyaan, with another sitter while on vacation abroad only to have her cancel on us the day after we left the country. I found Mary and she instantly responded to my urgent request for a last-minute sitter. We cannot describe how grateful we are to her and her husband for the care they showed towards Riyaan. Their separate “cat room” was perfect for our kitty and they went the extra mile to make her feel loved and welcome. Mary even identified an acne flare up our cat was experiencing due to stress and followed the treatment plan I provided — doing warm compresses twice a day every day. She also provided daily photos and updates so we knew how Riyaan was doing the whole time. Our cat came home happy and well adjusted. We would not hesitate a minute before booking Mary again! “Safal just watched our Sadie for two weeks. I was quite nervous about leaving my sweet one with a stranger for the first time. We had two meet and greets with her which eased my anxiety completely. We missed our girl, but Safal kept us up to date, and eased our minds with constant photos and videos. We felt like Sadie was on vacation too. We could tell that she was being loved and cared for. Lots of play with Kashi and other canine visitors. Hikes to Fairmont Ridge, as well as neighborhood walks. Plus they have a huge grassy backyard. Don’t hesitate to leave your pup with her, they’ll be lovingly well cared for.”

“Pallavi was amazing right from get go. We met her about three weeks before our trip to introduce our goldendoodle to her, from then on she was just family for Max our three year old big puppy. Her own pup Rio also made is super comfortable for Max. He was in her excellent care during our trip to the point where we were absolutely not worried for him and were able to enjoy our vacation . He was doing so well with her, Pallavi kept us updated with regular videos and of him, his eating , naps/sleep , walks updates before we could even ask. Pallavi is amazing with pets,we would board Max with her in a heartbeat again!”

“Chrstna took wonderful care of my 4 mo. old puppy for 5 days. And believe me, he's a handful! Bless her heart for being patient with potty mistakes, etc that puppies have. She taught him some tricks, he got some socialization from hanging out with her 2 very well behaved and gentle dogs, and received great exercise going on walks and playing! She updated me daily with fun pictures and videos. I can NOT say enough wonderful things about this experience, it exceeded my expectations.
