“I had a perfect experience with Gianina and her family. I felt 100% secure and confident with their care. Gianina sent photos daily and gave updates. They took care of my dog as if she were theirs. My dog is a 5lb, 4 yr. old yorkie, and she got along just fine with their dog. They made drop off and pick up easy and convenient, and the house is nicely tucked away from any main roads. I will 100% recommend and use Gianina in the future. This is my first Rover experience and it was perfect.”

I was able to leave my 3 year old miniature dachshund (she has a bit of separation anxiety and is medicated) with them somewhat last minute and they were super accommodating. My dog loved her time there! When my dog ran out of dog food, they let me know right away and asked if it was okay to feed her their dog food. I received pictures, updates, and at pick up my dog was limping a little bit, and Jenna and Kristen checked in with me immediately stating no incidents occurred but likely she was just exhausted and due to her small size and lack of exercise, this was common. About: I’ve taken care of Princess for 12yrs . I grew up with a big family of pet lovers . My home for years have been the one everyone comes to on the weekend to bbq in and ofc all our furry babies are running around. I have a flexible part time job so I am free early mornings and throughout the day to go play with your pets and take them out. I also have a big home and yard if they need to come over to not stay home alone . I have a home with all fenced yard and I no longer have anymore pets , so they are free to roam around in the backyard or if they’re inside dogs they can definitely have in and out access all day to cuddle inside when they want or go get some sun and play. I’m definitely mindful on making sure you feel comfortable with me in your home if needed and would ofc go over to play and take care of your pet in the comfort of their home.

Leaving our two pugs is always the hardest part of traveling. In the past, dog care has been our number one source of anxiety, but this time was completely different. From the moment we dropped them off, we felt total peace of mind. They truly had the time of their lives! It was such a joy to see them so settled and happy in the photos we received. A special shout-out to Elsa for being the most gracious host and keeping them company—they definitely found a new best friend. Our dog absolutely loved being with Harper and Bim! I felt confident that she could handle our shiba and all of his quirks since she has one of her own. She sent daily updates with photo and video of him playing, and we came back from our trip to a happy and tired pup.

Sandra was great with Jarvis! She followed all my instructions and kept me updated the whole time. When he had some tummy issues, she let me know right away and followed the updated feeding plan without any issues. I really appreciated the frequent updates and photos (including his poop 😂), which helped me coordinate his care. She even noticed little things like Jarvis liking to look at himself in the mirror — something I didn’t know before! She also kept me informed about his naps and bedtime.
