About: I’m a graduate student with a lifelong love of animals and a background in animal behavior and physiology. I’ve cared for senior pets, pets with chronic illnesses (like kidney disease), and animals with anxiety or behavioral needs-from feisty pitpulls to blind and deaf mutts. I’m confident administering medication, handling special diets, and keeping detailed track of symptoms and routines. I’ve also accompanied pets to vet visits, and I know how important it is for your furry friend to feel calm, safe, and loved in your absence. My priority is not just great care, but your peace of mind. That's why I especially enjoy caring for pets in their home-this ensures their highest well being, and thus supports your ability to enjoy what takes you out for an adventure or away! I do most of my school and business work remotely right now, so I have the flexibility and time to provide lots of presence to your furry family member. When providing at-home pet care, I am to cultivate a safe, clean, and calming environment. I follow your care instructions closely and take time discuss with you before your departure helpful details about your pet’s personality, preferences, and comfort needs-from their favorite walk route, to closing certain room door to prevent misadventures. I deeply value communication, so you’ll always know how things are going via updates tailored to your style (texts, photos, or detailed check-ins)-I want you to feel happy knowing your pet is happy. I approach each home with respect and care, knowing I’m stepping into a sacred part of your life: your family.

About: From reptiles to dogs, I am an animal lover through and through! I have 4 of my own fur babies (2 dogs & 2 cats) and still have so much love and care to give to yours! I am affectionately known as “auntie” to my friend’s fur babies and will not hesitate to help any animal in need. From fostering & socializing kittens, to stopping on the freeway to save a kitten stuck in barbed wire (spoiler: I adopted her), to helping a lost dog find her home, and to finding and transporting an injured baby crow to a Wildlife Hospital, my dedication to animals is unmatched. Your pet will always be in kind and loving hands with me! I do have a full-time job during the work week but I am available weeknights and weekends! I’m available for short-term and long-term care for all animals! My pets, and soon to be yours hopefully, always have my undivided attention! I love taking my dogs for hikes, long walks, dog parks and anything to get them socialized, exercised and happy! My cats are basically treated like royalty in my home. Anything you pet needs, I will be there to provide it!

About: I was born surrounded by feral and inside-bound animals. Taking care of my felines mainly by playing, grooming, and maintaining trust as the most important factor. I've supported other friends' and families dogs and puppies as well, handling unfixed boxers or high energy german shepard mixes to 6 month old puppies. Cleaning up after them, feeding proper portions, and keeping them safe from themselves/others, and the environment. I maintain a flexible week schedule through Monday and Friday that will become more crowded beginning August 18th. I'm an undergraduate student at Chabot College, trying to save up money and help communities in a way I deeply enjoy. 9 am - 9 pm is my daily schedule with housesitting available until you need! With at least a 1 day notice, cancellation at least 1 day prior please. Scheduled walks are completely available, or simple check-ins where I can befriend your kitty or pup! I'm always open for questions of any kind! With my cat, Beans, I've given her spaying medication when necessary, gently and with patience. Keeping the cat box and environment clean is vital to de-stress animals. Being slow with them, allowing them to adjust to me, is the first step I would take with your pet. Any behavioral issues would be important to address first, Im able to give animals their space and complete any business necessary, but give me tips if your fur baby is sensitive. I have access to a vehicle and of you'd allow me, and your pets deeply enjoy it, I'd love to take your pup and maybe brave cat on a joy ride around your home for the breeze and sights. I'm open to doing picture or video/call updates routinely while taking care of your cherished pets!

About: After working at 2 vet clinics while going to Carrington college for their vet tech program I was almost able to finish my degree. However I injured my wrists at the same time working at Starbucks. So since then I decided to hone my dog training skills and trained my own service dog using balanced training methods. I've watched hundreds of hours of videos and applied what I learned. My schedule revolves around dogs and cats. When not doing rover I work for a doggy daycare less hours than part time. I will do my best to keep my schedule up to date with it. As of right now I am called in as needed so I can request time off if a booking is made. My yard is fenced with a thick wall that is at least 6 feet high. I also have part of it lined in playpens to section off the dog part.

About: Growing up I have always had at least 1 dog in the house. I take pride in making sure my pets are happy and healthy. I have years of experience fostering dogs and even kittens as well as working at adoption events to make sure every animal finds their forever home! I also have experience pet sitting for friends and family. I have plenty of time to take care of the pups while I’m home for the Summer! I want to spend as much time as I can with dogs and cats so my schedule is very flexible! I always make sure to keep an eye on my babies whether they’re playing, eating, or just lounging I want to make sure they’re happy and safe! Additionally, I am not afraid to crate an animal for their own safety. I will treat any animal with the same love I give my babies!

“Francis was a fantastic sitter, providing high-attention care of both our pets and our house while we were away. He took careful notes, tracked medications, proved highly flexible with unexpected changes, and even managed to make quick friends with our elusive cats. Francis is the first sitter to interview us during the meet-and-greet, rather than the other way around. From the moment we met, we knew that Francis was a different kind of sitter. Francis is a caretaker. We strongly recommend Francis for your pet and house sitting needs.”

About: I am a responsible, empathetic, and dedicated dog caregiver, committed to animal well-being. I have experience handling dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I make sure every pet receives personalized attention, proper exercise, scheduled feeding, and plenty of affection while under my care. My key strengths include patience, keen observation of behavioral cues, and the ability to build a bond of trust with animals. I strictly follow the owner's instructions and maintain consistent communication to provide peace of mind and reliability. I currently work part-time, so I have time to share with your pet. I also have the support of my daughter and wife, who will make your pet feel at home. I have a fenced garden, my pet will be great company for your pet and my daughter's love for animals will make your pet's stay a pleasant and enjoyable place.

“Fortunately for my cats and I, Justin was available to house sit due to an unexpected cancellation. It was a distressing time for me, but I felt reassured when Jistin arrived at the home and tended to the cats needs right away. I am grateful for Justin's prompt reply to my inquiries and professionalism.”

About: I've had dogs all my life. I'm excited to have the opportunity to share what I've learned by having dogs myself. I'm good with all types of dogs and I have the patience to deal with all types of doggie behavior. I live in a gated dog friendly community that has plenty of areas for dogs to smell and do their business. My nights are flexible and I can accommodate to almost any schedule. Let me know if you have any questions! I work from home so my dog (and yours!) always has someone to be with. Walks and cuddles are frequent as are toys and treats. My dog is free to roam around the house and lay wherever he’d like. The same would be said for your dog at my house. He also takes special medication twice a day so I am very aware of him and how he’s feeling. I would do the same for your dog. I am here as an extension of you, so if there are any needs your dog has I am happy to accommodate to. Outside of the home, unless in an enclosed area specific for dogs, I always have them on a leash for their protection and mine.

About: I currently take care of several family members dogs when needed. My first pet was a dog named Lotus. When my husband and I started dating he had 5 dogs in his house and 2 were his. They were large dogs so when they passed away and he moved in to my home we did not get dogs since my home was smaller than his but we will get dogs again in the future. I have had pets since I was two and they come first just like a child would. I couldn't imagine my life without my fury babies. I have a fenced yard and my cats are indoor only. Siamese cats get a long with dogs so when I have dogs over there are never any issues.

About: I started caring for animals at a very young age but I got to care for my own cats in high school, and I'm currently in college. I've looked after three cats all at once in my time together with them and have experience with food routines, play, and litter box cleaning. I specialize in caring for cats, but I am open to learn how to care for small dogs. I am currently available full-time for pet care and will dedicate my time and energy to looking after any amazing pets put under my care. I can keep a mellow environment for any pets that have issues with loud noises. In my own home, I look after pets mainly in my own room and can play with them around the house. In the homes of others I will do my utmost best to stay to a routine if applicable and most importantly, giving our fluffy friends a good time!

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and everything in between. That experience taught me how to read animal behavior, stay calm in any situation, and build trust quickly. I have a naturally calming presence and tend to bond easily with pets — even the shy or nervous ones. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior dog who needs a gentle touch, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Right now, I'm fully available for pet care — it's my main focus this summer. I'm not working a separate job, so I have the flexibility to give your pets the time, attention, and care they need, whether that's regular walks, playtime, or just good company throughout the day. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I always aim to make them feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I follow their usual routines as closely as possible — from feeding schedules to walks and playtime — and I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs. I keep things clean, calm, and low-stress, and I’m happy to send regular updates so you know your pet is happy and in good hands.

“We had such a great experience with Vivian and can confidently recommend her! She pulled through for us last minute and made us feel so secure leaving our dog in her care. She, daily, sent photos and videos of him and always let us know when she was feeding and walking him. She is so responsible and took amazing care of him!”

“Marney was very detailed and caring for Timon. She not only messaged and sent pictures throughout the day, but also left detailed notes and a cute report card on how the day went. She handled Timon well on their walk, even when he started acting up and biting the leash, clothes, and even her arm :( She also handled another dog who sprinted up to them and kept the two separated. Marney is very reliable and your dog will be in good hands!”

“Jene was amazing! She is very responsive and kept me updated throughout her stay with my pup. When I returned, my dog was relaxed and happy. Jene clearly took very good care of her :)”
