About: I've had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes as naturally to me as anything. When I got my puppy four years ago, I dedicated myself fully to his training and development, spending every day with him through those early months to make sure he grew into the happy, well-behaved dog he is today. I also have experience with the more challenging side of pet care. My older dog had diabetes, and I spent a great deal of time managing his condition, administering medication daily, and making sure his final years were as comfortable and loving as possible. It taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and caring for pets with special medical needs. Beyond my own dogs, I've spent years babysitting, walking, and watching dogs for friends and neighbors. Animals have always been drawn to me, as I have a natural calm with them that puts even shy or anxious pets at ease. While I'm new to Rover, I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience. Whether it's a long walk, a trip to the park, or just cuddling up with their favorite toys, I pour real love into every visit. I understand how much your dog means to you, and I'll treat them like my own every single time. I recently graduated from college and will be starting my Master of Social Work program at NYU in September. I am available all summer and have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve! I'm currently based in Plainview, Long Island, where I'm free and flexible for any and all pet care needs throughout the summer. Come September, I'll be living in New York City, where I'll be available for drop-in visits and walks during the week, and open to extended stays on weekends. I have experience both crating and not crating dogs, so I'm happy to follow whatever routine works best for your pup. If needed, I can crate them safely when stepping out, or leave them with a frozen treat and a favorite toy to keep them calm and comfortable, especially if they experience separation anxiety, as my own dog does! I tailor every visit to the individual dog. Whether your pup needs a long, energetic walk or a short and easy stroll, I'll follow their lead. I'm always attentive on walks, making sure they don't pick up anything harmful off the street, and equally watchful in the home to keep them safe and out of trouble. About: Hi! I’m Aidan and I have had 3 dogs throughout my life. While taking care of your dog, I can provide whatever services needed to keep them happy and healthy. I have taken care of multiple dogs at a time, on my own, for extended periods, so I am fully capable and willing to making your dog as comfortable as possible! I am currently on summer break, going into my Junior year at Binghamton University. Aside from selective plans with friends, the only consistency in my schedule is going to the gym! All other time can be allocated to pets! I have an acer of green backyard here in Lloyd Harbor, along with one, 13 year old sheepadoodle named Maisy. She is very old and gentile, the only thing she'll want to do is lay with your pet!

About: We are a family of dog lovers! My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and though we don’t have pets currently, our love of dogs keeps us pet sitting and dog walking around our neighborhood. We have 3 young children who absolutely adore dogs, and love taking responsibility in taking care of them when we are pet sitting. We have a lot of snuggles to give your pups, and lots of walks to take them on, too! I am a stay at home mom so our schedule is pretty flexible! We are up early, and outside often. Any timing should be fine for us to work around. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your fur baby. We can play fetch with your pup, give them lots of snuggles, and plenty of walks!

I have a large fully fenced yard and take introductions slowly and intentionally with my dog, Winny, who is a playful, happy companion and often helps visiting dogs feel more relaxed and at ease. I create an environment where each dog can settle in at their own pace. I keep my bookings limited so each dog receives the attention and care they deserve— this is not a high-volume setup. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for. I also offer flexible scheduling and optional pickup/drop-off within a reasonable distance to make travel days as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m home all day and can be very flexible with schedules, feeding times, walks, and routines. This allows me to give each pet plenty of attention, enrichment, and reassurance throughout the day so they always feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away Your peace of mind and your pet’s safety and emotional wellbeing always come first. For this reason I send daily updates with photos/video so you can be at ease knowing your baby is being well taken care of. When caring for pets in my space, I have a fully fenced yard and a built in playmate. I do very slow, supervised introductions with my own dog, Winny, who is a very playful, happy girl. If either dog prefers space, I can easily accommodate comfortably separating the pups as needed both indoor and outdoors.

About: I have always grown up with dogs in my home. Currently, my family has one high energy black lab. In September of 2024, I also adopted my first own dog, Millie! I have watched, played with, fed, and walked dogs for many years including family and friends. I am currently in my final year of veterinary school. I also have worked as a veterinary assistant so have first aid and medical skills. I’m in my clinical year of vet school so my schedule varies by which rotation I’m on! Early morning and evening would probably be best for me most of the time. I try to update my availability calendar as often as I can! My home is very safe. There are plenty of paths and green spaces for walking. Your animal would have to get up one flight of steps.

About: I've had dogs for my entire life since I was a child. Bred Australian shepherds, so comfortable with puppies. My aussie had 11 pups. Such a wonderful time, bottle feeding. Have gone to many dog training classes. The dogs are part of the family while here. Not caged unless you want them crated when I'm not home. When they are outside I stay with them entire time, not left in back yard without me there to supervise. Simply adore dogs and all their own personalities. I take the time to spend individual and special time with the dog everyday while staying with me. Have my own dog, An Australian shepherd named Jilli, she simply loves having dog friends over so she can play and sharing her dog toys.
