About: I’m a college student who loves to spend time with animals on the side of getting my nursing degree! I have a flexible schedule and a genuine love for animals, I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, care, and affection they deserve. Pet care is a natural and enjoyable part of my daily routine. Since I'm home for the summer with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to feeding, walking, playing with, and attending to the needs of pets. I make it a priority to create a consistent routine for them, whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply spending quality time to make them feel safe and loved. Caring for animals fits seamlessly into my day and is something I genuinely look forward to. I have a large open home and yard. As well as a eight year old indoor cat who is curious and would love to make a friend!

About: As a dog owner, I’ve loved taking care of pets for family & friends for as long as I can remember. Dogs unconditional love brighten my day! I work for myself part time with a flexible schedule so i have plenty of time to walk, play, care and love on your fur baby! I will take care of your fur baby like they're my own! i’ll adhere to their schedule, and follow your directions so your furbaby feels loved and cared for just like if you were there.

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies and seniors. I’m skilled in basic training, medication administration, and understanding each pet’s unique needs. What sets me apart is my calm, reliable nature and genuine love for animals. I treat every pet like family and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. I’m available for pet care before 9:30 AM and after 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. My weekends are flexible, making it easy to accommodate walks, drop-ins, or extended care based on your needs. I’m happy to work around your schedule whenever possible! I prioritize safety by carefully following each pet’s routine and ensuring a secure environment, whether in my home or yours. I keep spaces clean, pet-proofed, and calm. I build trust through consistency, gentle handling, and clear communication with pet owners. I never leave pets unattended during visits and always monitor their behavior closely. Creating a stress-free, loving environment is my top priority, so pets feel safe, happy, and right at home.

About: Owned dogs since I was a child, Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Irish Red & White Setter and a Chihuahua. Experienced with golden doodles and labs. Currently getting my pilots Licence’s and enjoy reading books I’m currently time building for my commercial Licence whenever the weather is good around 5 hours a day when possible. Usually busy at night around 5-8ish otherwise free. I have a tall fenced in yard where I play with my dog or walk him around my neighborhood. Otherwise he sits with me while I study or read.

About: I am a (pet) mom to our large cat, Baxter and larger lab mix, Jack! Jack is full of energy and love which allows me to tackle any mood your pup may be in! Baxter loves being the center of attention and he certainly gets all the love and play time that allows. I am more than happy to get to know your pets and care for them as if they were my own! I am currently a contract working allowing me to have flexibility in my schedule. I usually have availability before 9am, a couple hours for lunch and after 7pm! I have experience with dog crates, harnesses, different collars and gates if those are options for your pup. I have dealt with soft and hard food as well as different supplements.

About: I work at a doggy daycare. At this job I supervise groups of dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I’m experienced with feeding, administering medication, and basic grooming like baths and nail trims. Working at this job has taught me a lot about dog behavior and body language. I am also pet CPR and first aid certified with America Health Training. I am an owner of a 2 year old rescue dog myself. I am used to all different types of personalities and temperaments and ready to take on whatever it is your dog may need! I am working part time at a doggy daycare facility. I am normally available in the early morning until 12pm and from 8:30pm to late night. Tuesdays and Fridays I am free the entire day for any bookings so long as I know at least a day in advance! Because of my work obligations as well as obligations to my own pets I am only offering dog walking sessions as well as home check ins for cats and dogs. I am used to any kind of harness or collars for dogs, experienced with using crates and am comfortable taking them out wherever is comfortable with you. For both cats and dogs I can come in for house check ins, help with feedings, play with your pets, or just come in for a snuggle so they don’t get lonely.

About: I’ve had my furry pet for 12 years before she crossed the rainbow bridge last year. I have cared about pets to a more deeper and emotional extent since I had her. I would love to spread all the joy and tenderness to another pet whenever I get the chance to. I am flexible the most during weekends and two days during the week. Pet care fits into my schedule best and I will be down to accept any gigs that will allow me to be flexible. About: I (Tori) am a third year veterinary student at LIU post with a passion for providing high quality, reliable care to all animals! I have extensive experience working in veterinary clinics as well as pet sitting since I was in high school, so I am comfortable providing medical care to your pets. I understand how important it is finding appropriate pet sitter that accommodates all your needs, as I have two cats at home myself and it takes a lot of time finding the perfect person! About: I've had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes as naturally to me as anything. When I got my puppy four years ago, I dedicated myself fully to his training and development, spending every day with him through those early months to make sure he grew into the happy, well-behaved dog he is today. I also have experience with the more challenging side of pet care. My older dog had diabetes, and I spent a great deal of time managing his condition, administering medication daily, and making sure his final years were as comfortable and loving as possible. It taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and caring for pets with special medical needs. Beyond my own dogs, I've spent years babysitting, walking, and watching dogs for friends and neighbors. Animals have always been drawn to me, as I have a natural calm with them that puts even shy or anxious pets at ease. While I'm new to Rover, I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience. Whether it's a long walk, a trip to the park, or just cuddling up with their favorite toys, I pour real love into every visit. I understand how much your dog means to you, and I'll treat them like my own every single time. I recently graduated from college and will be starting my Master of Social Work program at NYU in September. I am available all summer and have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve! I'm currently based in Plainview, Long Island, where I'm free and flexible for any and all pet care needs throughout the summer. Come September, I'll be living in New York City, where I'll be available for drop-in visits and walks during the week, and open to extended stays on weekends. Whether you're on Long Island or in the city, I'd love to help care for your pup! Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have experience both crating and not crating dogs, so I'm happy to follow whatever routine works best for your pup. If needed, I can crate them safely when stepping out, or leave them with a frozen treat and a favorite toy to keep them calm and comfortable, especially if they experience separation anxiety, as my own dog does! I tailor every visit to the individual dog. Whether your pup needs a long, energetic walk or a short and easy stroll, I'll follow their lead. I'm always attentive on walks, making sure they don't pick up anything harmful off the street, and equally watchful in the home to keep them safe and out of trouble.
