About: Hi, I'm Lauren! I've always had a genuine love for animals and grew up caring for my own dog of many years. I've been around animals all my life, including the pets of friends, family, and neighbors, and I've continued gaining experience caring for animals ever since. That includes multi-day stays with my uncle's dog as well as multiple sitting sessions for my mother's co-worker's dog. I'm comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and providing attentive, compassionate care while respecting each animal's individual boundaries and personality. I provide care in my clients' homes, where pets are most comfortable and stay on their usual routine. During each visit, I take care of your pet's basic needs, including feeding, fresh water, walks, and playtime, and I give plenty of attention and affection. I pay close attention to each pet's comfort and personality and adjust my care to whatever they need, so they feel safe and relaxed while you're away!

About: I have experience caring for pets through both professional work and personal ownership. I currently provide dog walking and pet care through Wag!, where I’ve worked with dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, including senior dogs and more active breeds. I’ve also had the opportunity to build trust with repeat clients by providing dependable, compassionate care. As a proud cat mom to two cats, I understand the importance of patience, routine, and recognizing each pet’s unique personality. In addition, I’ve volunteered with a cat rescue, where I cared for cats with a wide range of temperaments, cleaned enclosures, socialized cats, and administered oral and topical medications when needed. I also spent a year working at a family-owned pet store that specialized in dogs, cats, and exotic animals, giving me hands-on experience with daily animal care and pet wellness. My goal is to provide every pet with a safe, loving, and stress-free experience while giving pet parents peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate quality time to the pets I care for. Since I also drive, I’m able to reliably travel to visits, walks, and drop-ins. I believe pets feel happiest in their own home, so I take the time to learn their schedule, feeding routine, exercise needs, and any special instructions before each visit. About: Hi! I'm a wildlife biologist, and I've spent most of my life taking care of animals — in a veterinary setting, on wildlife conservation projects, and growing up in my own home with my family pets. I work as a full-time biologist during the spring/summer, and will have open availability over the fall, winter, and spring to help with your pet care needs! I started out as a kennel technician at a veterinary hospital, where my days were cleaning dog kennels and cat cages, feeding and watering, walking dogs, giving oral and topical medications, holding animals for exams, and keeping daily records on everyone in our care. This job is where I learned how to understand an animal’s body language, and how to adjust my own to make sure they feel safe. Since then I've graduated from university and have worked as a field biologist for state and federal agencies, most recently monitoring endangered shorebirds at Jones Beach State Park here on Long Island. Along the way I provided daily care and feeding for state-owned horses in Oregon, and I've handled, banded, and released wild birds across four different groups — songbirds, raptors, waterfowl, and doves. If you have a bird and you get nervous about leaving them, let’s chat. I’d be happy to care for any feathered family members! At home I've kept lizards, snakes, birds, and aquariums of my own, so I'm comfortable with things like heat gradients and UVB, humidity, feeding schedules that aren't daily, and water parameters and filtration. What I offer: • Dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight stays in your home • Cats, including shy ones and multi-cat households • Medication administration, oral and topical • Senior pets and pets with medical needs genuinely welcome • Birds, reptiles, and aquariums • Photos and a real update after every visit • CPR and First Aid certified I’m always happy to do a free meet-and-greet first. I'd love to meet you and your crew! Currently, I have open availability from 10 am - 9 pm 7 days a week for drop ins and walks. For overnight stays, I am available anytime with 1-2 days notice. Before the first visit I do a free meet-and-greet. I want to see where everything lives — food, leash, litter, carrier, cleaning supplies — and I write the routine down rather than trusting my memory: feeding times and amounts, medications, which treats are allowed, how your dog behaves on a walk, and anything that frightens them. I also want your vet's name and number and a backup contact before I'm ever in the house alone. The thing I'm most careful about is doors. I come and go deliberately, I know where every animal is before I open anything, and I never leave a door propped. Dogs stay leashed the entire time they're outside with me, with no off-leash exceptions unless you've asked for it specifically. I give Medication exactly as written, at the time you've specified, and I confirm each dose with you. I don't adjust a dose or skip one because an animal is being difficult — I'll message you instead. Following written protocols precisely is most of what my professional work has been, in a veterinary hospital and in the field, and I treat your instructions the same way. I pay attention and I report: appetite, water, litter box or bathroom habits, energy, and anything that looks off. If something seems wrong I'll contact you right away. If it looks like an emergency and I can't reach you, I'll get your pet to your vet or the nearest emergency clinic and keep calling. And I look after the house. I clean up after your pet and after myself, I keep your keys and door codes private, I don't bring anyone with me, and I leave the place better than I found it. You'll get photos and a short real update after every visit. I also welcome any feedback, as that helps me do a better job in the future!

About: Since I was a teenager I’ve walked dogs on a regular basis. Also, my everyday job typically requires me to have a good relationship with people and their dogs to establish a great connection. Most connections with an individuals dog that are on the positive end, means that the dog is comfortable and can trust you. I work full time from 7-3:30 5 days a week with every Sunday off and then a rotating day during the week. But am always able to be flexible with my schedule after work. I make the environment as comfortable as possible with as little clutter so the pet does not feel overwhelmed. Make the environment feel welcoming and have the necessary needs to make everything as smooth as can be.

About: I’ve owned, or have been taking care of dogs since I was 10! I’ve owned a total of 4 dogs throughout my 22 years of life, and once I was old enough, my parents trusted me to help take care of them all! This includes walks, feeding, showers, hygiene, and playing with them! I love and appreciate all breeds and all sizes, and hope you’ll consider me to take care of your fur babies! I am currently working one, part-time job, so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pet(s)! My schedule varies based on a self selecting schedule, however, this leaves room to work around whatever your preferred schedule is! I am very good at staying on top of communication, if there are ever any questions about when I’m home and how long I can be home for, I will be fully transparent! I have a large, fenced in yard, in the back of a spacious, and open layout home! our neighborhood is quiet, dog friendly, and has lots of safe walkways to provide your dog exercise! Me and my roommates also own a total of 3 sweet kitties, that either keep your baby company, or are easy to keep occupied in our individual spaces to provide the most comfortable environment for your dog!

About: Hi! My name is Jennifer. I am 33 years old . I majored in business. I am a fun, responsible, caring, loving person. I love animals more than anything! I will take care your fur baby, as if they were my own! I have been taking care of pets since 2016. I have also saved more than a dozen pets who roam the streets and have nowhere to go. Even the aggressive ones. Medically- I know animal CPR. I know how to give a pet medication. I have taken care of very elderly dogs, handicapped dogs. Deaf or blind. there are pets who are both deaf & blind and I am extra on top of them. I am used to very energetic dogs! So, that is not an issue. I have dealt with very shy & scares dogs as well. Who leaves my home with a brand new personality! I have a big & fenced backyard. It is locked on top and boarded on the bottom. No way in, no way out! If you currently crate training your pet, I can easily continue to crate train here. Lastly, if your pet is under my care they will be as safe as they can be! You will receive updates and photos throughout the day. I will follow the same schedule that they have at home, with me! :) I work from home 24/7. I am available all day to tend to your pet. I am available any time unless I am booked. :) I will always be with your pet at all times. They will never leave my side. Safety takes a HUGE ROLE in my services. My backyard is fully fenced in. Boarded from the bottom, locked on top. No way in, no way out. My backyard/home is a very safe environment for any pet that comes & goes.

About: My family and I all love animals, so we applied to be pet's sitters at home care. We have a independent house with a yard, and there will always be someone at home 24 hours a day. The pets can move freely at home without too many restrictions. We have regularly clean to the house to ensure the clean and hygiene environment for all pets. I have over a year of experience in taking care of cats and over six years of experience in taking care of dogs. The longest time I took care of a cat was for two months. At the beginning, the cat would hide under the sofa for a week, but lately he became completely unrestrained and would lie on the bed together, play hide-and-seek with me, and explore every corner of the house. When the weather was good, the dogs could play freely in the yard. Welcome all cats and dogsto my home, we are the best friends of your pets! We can keep daily routine for all pet's. I am working part-time on weekends and I will come back at 4PM , but my family members are off on weekends. And my family members and I take care of all pets together.
