“Ocean and Blue had the best time with Kayla’s family - they took wonderful care of both dogs and kept all their little quirks in mind. My dogs can be reactive with stranger animals and can also show signs of possessiveness around food and toys, but Kayla’s family were very mindful of this and gave us regular updates even when we weren’t able to respond much. Kayla’s kids are also absolutely wonderful with animals and the parents do a great job of educating and guiding them around each dog’s personalities. I have nothing but positive things to say about Nia. From the first contact, she was kind and professional. We did a meet and greet before our trip and it was instantly obvious that this was the right person to care for our girl while we were away. We had some uncomfortable past experiences when leaving our dog at a facility and vowed never to do it again. So we tried Rover for the first time, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. I truly believe Nia has a special gift like a dog whisperer. Even after the meet and greet our dog was so calm. Nia is a special person and every one of us felt it. She eased our anxiety instantly. This was our first time using Stephanie and it will not be our last. Luna came home happy and was comfortable there. We received updates and photos. Due to weather conditions it was unsure if we would be able to pick Luna up on time or when we would be able to, Stephanie put our minds to ease and alleviated that area of stress.
Michelle has watched Brindle for us several times now and we are very pleased and satisfied with her care of him. We receive regular updates and pictures from her telling us how he’s doing.
