Like most people, I was very nervous about leaving my dogs with someone while I was away. However, from the moment I met Alissa I knew my two babies would be okay. She spent a lot of time with us during our initial meet and greet. She answered all our questions and allowed our dogs to hang out in her backyard and just really reassured us that she will love them the same way we do. She communicated regularly while we were gone and sent pictures and videos. What I also appreciated is that she is flexible with drop off and pick up times. So instead of our dogs staying another night, we were able to pick them up on our way home from our trip. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
Carina took good care of Sadie. We loved getting the regular photo and video updates. Seeing Sadie is safe and happy especially over the July 4th weekend with lots of fireworks set our minds at ease. Carina was attentive with Sadie’s walks and routine toothbrushing. We also appreciate her fenced backyard and double-door entry.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Nia. From the first contact, she was kind and professional. We did a meet and greet before our trip and it was instantly obvious that this was the right person to care for our girl while we were away. We had some uncomfortable past experiences when leaving our dog at a facility and vowed never to do it again. So we tried Rover for the first time, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. I truly believe Nia has a special gift like a dog whisperer. Even after the meet and greet our dog was so calm. Nia is a special person and every one of us felt it. She eased our anxiety instantly. I never had to ask how my pup was because Nia updated before I even got a chance to ask on the daily. Dottie has a new best friend and I am forever thankful.
