About: I am a very big animal lover and have grown up always having cats. Right now my parents have 4! I currently have two tuxedo cats named Winnie and Binx (from Hocus Pocus) who are brother and sister. I have done cat sitting for neighbors and work employees. I am currently completing my doctorate in occupational therapy and am working virtually throughout the week which creates a lot of flexibility. I am able to step away from my computer and would be able to complete pet care tasks throughout the week. I always make sure my own cats are taken care of and have everything that they might need. I would make sure that any cat I were to check in on would get the same treatment as my own. I get along with all cats and am very good at making sure they feel comfortable and safe.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. I love spending time with them in my free time! My daughter loves cats and dogs! Currently working 745am-345pm Monday-Friday. Lindsey did an amazing job taking care of our 3 cats. She took it in stride that Zoe chose to hide under the bed every time she came to feed them. (Of course she came out on the last day.). Buddy chose to hide for several days too, and she spent time in our cluttered basement trying to lay eyes on him. Eventually he softened up though. Sammy was all in from the beginning, and he loves Lindsey. She spent time playing with the two boys, and made sure their wack-a-mole toy was charged up. She very thoughtfully left lights on inside the house for our return, which we greatly appreciated, as our flight was delayed and we didn't get home until 2am. So nice to not come home to a dark house, and everything looked really good. Lindsey is wonderful!

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
