“Kristi was absolutely amazing with Zane. She takes him for multiple, long walks every day. She made sure to send pictures and videos of him out and about. She plays with him and keeps him entertained. She is a great communicator: we accidentally didn't send Zane with enough food and she messaged us asking prior to feeding him food that she had in her house. She was careful, thoughtful and considerate of our practices with our dog. She fed him despite us forgetting food. When it was time to pick Zane up, she had him pottied and ready to go with all of his belongings. She even gifted Zane a toy that he loved while he was there. We have used Kristi multiple times in the past and will continue to do so. She is always our number 1 choice, but is often booked because of how great she is.”

About: I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember and have been caring for cats and dogs since I was a little girl. Growing up with pets taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and understanding that every animal has their own unique personality and needs. Over the years, I've cared for and babysat pets for friends, family, and neighbors, earning their trust through dependable, compassionate care. My experience includes caring for cats and dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments—from playful puppies and energetic dogs to senior pets who need a little extra patience and attention, as well as independent cats and affectionate lap cats alike. I understand that some pets warm up quickly while others need time to build trust, and I always let them set the pace. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, cleaning litter boxes, or simply providing companionship and comfort while you're away, I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and well cared for, while giving you peace of mind knowing they're in reliable hands. I work full time out of the home, but can be available to board animals overnight on weekdays for (1) night with a pick up by 7:30 AM the following day and can board or house-visit over the weekend (Drop off Friday after 4PM thru Sundays-pick up by 5 pm Sunday). I can do house visits any week day after 4 PM. I have a fenced in backyard and a very walkable, safe neighborhood. My home is a pet's paradise with lots of comfy couches and plenty of space to run and play, and windows for clocking in for Neighborhood Watch :) I don't mind animals sleeping with me, if they want to! Otherwise, plenty of places for furry ones to nap and snooze whenever they choose.

About: I have had the pleasure of working as a pet care attendant for two separate boarding facilities over the course of 6 years! I also have a few years of experience working as a vet tech assistant! I have lots of experience with animals with different medical needs and have had dogs all my life! I currently am working short part time shifts only a few times a week. Other than that I am available to walk, feed, and play with any pets that need it! I have no other animals in my home, and live near plenty of green space as well as some dog parks for walks and play time!
