Cozy Home for Shy & Social Cats
I love cats. Every cat has their own unique personality, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know what makes each one special. A little about what you can expect from me: I’m home full-time and definitely a homebody. During the work week, I’m usually here, which means your cat gets plenty of attention and won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I’m also very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. Weekends are much the same—my ideal weekend is relaxing on the couch with the cats, watching Netflix, or getting lost in an audiobook. When I socialize, it’s usually playing Xbox with friends online. I do occasionally leave the house (haha), but my quiet lifestyle is honestly a big perk for your cats. They get a calm, quiet environment, lots of attention, and the kind of care that comes from someone who truly enjoys being around them. I exclusively board cats, so your cat will never have to share the home with dogs. My focus is creating a safe, low-stress environment where cats can relax at their own pace. Over time, I’ve turned my home into a bit of a cat hotel. I’ve built cat doors, added shelves, created cozy beds, and set up plenty of hiding spots where cats can feel comfortable and safe. It may be a little extra, but I love creating an environment where my own cat—and every cat staying with me—can be happy and relaxed. I also have a cat of my own who loves making friends, even with some of the grumpiest guests! That said, every cat has access to their own private suite. And when I say “suite,” I don’t mean one of the small kennels you’ll often find at many boarding facilities. I mean an entire private room with a cat door leading to a fully enclosed porch, giving your cat access to two separate spaces. The porch has large glass windows with a 180-degree view of my nature-filled backyard, so they can birdwatch, sunbathe, and enjoy the scenery throughout the day. Each suite includes two litter boxes, fresh water bowls, cozy beds, toys, and plenty of comfortable places to hide or relax. I clean the litter boxes daily and refresh their water every day. The only thing I ask owners to bring is their cat’s food—I provide everything else. I truly treat every guest like they’re my own cat, and I love spoiling them. My goal is to provide the kind of care and environment that I would want for my own cat if I were leaving him with someone else. Whether your cat wants to make friends or prefers their own quiet space, there’s never any pressure to socialize. I take introductions slowly and always let each cat set the pace. My priority is making sure every guest feels safe, comfortable, and at home throughout their stay. Oh, and if you’d like to see the suites before booking, just ask! I’d be happy to send photos and videos of the spaces where your cat would be staying. I know leaving your cat with someone new can feel stressful, so I want you to feel as comfortable and confident as possible before making a decision.

Keiton was fantastic! We were a little worried about taking our kitties to a stranger’s house because this was the first time using the app. Our worries ended as soon as we dropped them off and met Keiton. His porch setup with two individual rooms with little doors leading to the divided screened in porch were nice for the cats. He sent pictures and videos daily which helped us know our boys were in good hands. Keiton also carried our cat carriers down to his house and back to our car when we picked them up. We even stayed an additional day and he had no problems keeping them an extra day and helping us change everything in the app. I highly recommend Keiton! If you look through our pictures, you can see Keiton giving our cat Max belly rubs, which is something he doesn’t let just anyone do. I think our kitties had a better vacation than we did, and didn’t want to leave the screened in porch. We will definitely be bringing them back if we ever need a sitter. Thanks Keiton!

Keiton is absolutely amazing. I was nervous leaving Lucifer because he takes meds daily & I've never left him that long before. My fears were immediately alleviated by Keiton & the setup he has for his visitors. Got daily pics or videos, showing how at ease/comfortable Lucifer was. I will definitely ask Keiton to keep Lycifer for me again when I need to board him. Definitely recommend him if you need to board your cat.

Schedule
I work for myself, so I’m home most of the day. On the occasional day I leave the house, I’m typically gone for no more than four hours, but most weeks I’m home with the cats all day. I’m also a huge homebody. Probably not the most impressive thing to brag about 😅, but I genuinely spend most of my time at home. The upside is that I’m extremely flexible with pickup and drop-off times, and I have an abundance of time to spend with the cats.

Safety, trust & environment
My home has two cozy cat suites (technically three, but the third belongs to my best bud, Sir Finnegan). Finn absolutely loves other cats. He’s playful, gentle, and very respectful with them. That said, being in a new environment can be stressful for some cats, and despite how awesome Finn is, some guests simply prefer their own space. Most importantly, every cat has their own private area where they can settle in comfortably and feel safe and secure. Each suite has its own separate room. The first suite is set up like a cozy living room with a cat bed, litter box, toys, a cat tunnel, and a small hideaway for shyer cats who want a quiet place to relax. The room also has a cat door leading directly onto my enclosed porch. The porch has screened/glass windows that I crack open for fresh air and the sounds of birds and wildlife outside. I’ve also reinforced the windows with chicken wire for extra security. I’ve never had an escape attempt, but there’s no price on peace of mind — and I don’t think the bunnies and birds outside mind the extra protection either. The second suite is very similar and has its own large cat tower, litter box, toys, hideaway, and cat door leading to the porch as well. Each cat has their own large cushioned window perch, giving them a perfect view of all the critters outside. While the porch itself is a shared space, I’ve built secure floor-to-ceiling chicken wire dividers so cats cannot access each other’s areas. Safety and peace of mind are always my top priorities.

A typical day
A typical day is pretty laid-back. I serve breakfast and dinner morning and evening, and the rest of the day is relaxed — lots of pets, cuddles, and hangout time. I’ll usually be sitting on the couch or laying on the floor listening to an audiobook or watching something on Netflix while spending time with the cats. Sometimes that means quietly keeping the shyer cats company, and other times it means swinging around a wand toy while the crazier cats perform acrobatics around the room.
