About: I’ve never lived without a dog, so I have life experience playing, feeding, walking, and bathing pups. I helped raise and train my parents’ Golden Retriever puppy during COVID. I’m the go-to sitter for friends’ dogs and have experience with giving oral medication safely. I work full time, but remotely on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays and can easily take a break to take care of your baby. Weekends are fully open, unless out of town. I was able to gain experience taking care of dogs because I have a dog of my own who is now a senior. Lindsey did an amazing job taking care of our 3 cats. She took it in stride that Zoe chose to hide under the bed every time she came to feed them. (Of course she came out on the last day.). Buddy chose to hide for several days too, and she spent time in our cluttered basement trying to lay eyes on him. Eventually he softened up though. Sammy was all in from the beginning, and he loves Lindsey. She spent time playing with the two boys, and made sure their wack-a-mole toy was charged up. She very thoughtfully left lights on inside the house for our return, which we greatly appreciated, as our flight was delayed and we didn't get home until 2am. So nice to not come home to a dark house, and everything looked really good. Lindsey is wonderful!
Savannah did an excellent job caring for my senior cat, Phoebe, who has some special medical needs including a daily oral pill. I’m always nervous leaving Phoebe alone overnight, but Savannah’s prompt and thorough communication helped put my mind at ease. She gave her lots of care and attention during her visits with Phoebe and took great care of my home as well. I will definitely rebook with Savannah if we need a sitter in the future!
