About: All my life, I have had pets (dogs, cats, and gerbils). My pet sitting journey began in high school and continued on through college. Even during the time that I was a full-time college student and part-time grocery store worker, I continued to graciously take on pet care duties for the 3 same families, such as daily dog walking, overnight stays, and daily check-ins. The pets I have the most experiencing caring for over several years are cats and dogs. The services I am comfortable to provide and well versed in are daily dog walking, daily check-ins, and overnight stays. I do have experience with providing oral medication and eye drops. I am happy to learn and become efficient in any other medication administration. I now am a young adult seeking more fulfilling work that aligns with my values of helping others and the community. Taking care of animals has always been a passion of mine. I am extremely excited to begin working with animals again to bring more joy into my life while also helping support my fellow pet parents around Pittsburgh! I will begin working part-time Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting the week of November 26th. From the start of this week, I am unavailable for daily walks and check-ins on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 7am-4pm. I can only take on daily walks and check-ins on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm-8pm. All other days of the week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) I have full availability all day! The last booking I can take on the days I have the most availability is 8pm. This schedule may change, as I am in search of another part time job elsewhere. I will update my availability whenever this change takes place. I do not have overnight stays publicized on Rover. However, if I become well acquainted with you and your pet(s), and feel comfortable to offer overnight stays, and vice versa, I will happily offer them! I will have yours and your pets best interest at heart when caring for them. I ensure that I will get to know your pet and treat them as my very own! My visits with your pet will never be brief! I like to take my time to get to know your pet(s) and bond with them to make them feel safe and comfortable around me. I would be more than happy to send text and photo updates to put your mind at ease while your pet is in my care. Just as I will love and care for your pet, I will treat your home the same. Any and all instructions will be followed to maintain the safety and security of your home when providing walks, daily check-ins an/or overnight stays!

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs all my life. I’ve pet sat cats and dogs for both family and friends, and love to meet new fur friends. I work from home, and am able to work breaks into my routine throughout the day. My schedule is variable and I sometimes travel for work, but am flexible most days when not traveling. I won’t accept pets in my home as I’ve got a young daughter, but happy to travel within the local area and love to walk pets.

About: Hi I'm Jared. I have 12+ years caring for animals and the last 2 years in a professional setting. If you want someone that loves animals taking care of your loved ones I'm your guy! I go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the morning, and am willing to work with most schedules! Unfortunately, my schedule changes a bit every semester because of school, but I can be flexible. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask :) I do drop in visits, pet sitting, and dog walking! I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small animals (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc), and fish. I know first hand that leaving your pets while traveling can be extremely stressful. I'm here to help you know your pets are being cared for.
