About: Hi! I’m currently focusing on dog walking and drop-in visits, and I’m not offering boarding at the moment. I’m a caring and responsible dog lover who truly enjoys spending time with dogs. I started taking care of pets for family friends about five years ago when I was living in Boston, and since then I’ve gained experience with dogs at different stages of their lives. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while staying with me. I understand how important it is for pet parents to know their dog is in good hands, so I always do my best to provide attentive and thoughtful care. I usually work best with calm dogs who are comfortable relaxing on their own. For boarding, dogs should be able to stay home alone for a few hours and should not have severe separation anxiety. I’m more experienced with smaller dogs (under 25 lbs) and enjoy spending time walking, playing, and making sure they feel at home. To ensure I can continue providing the highest standard of care to my clients, I have made the decision to limit my service to take care of one dog at a time I make sure I understand the needs from pet parents. Initially, I would ask pet parent to answer a list of questions I found helpful to know. For example, what’s the daily walking/sleeping/exercise/wasting routine. I will also take pictures/videos through out the day, and send them daily to keep parents updated through the boarding period.

About: Pet-sitting has become a meaningful part of my life. Alongside my wife, I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for the past three years, and it’s truly been the perfect way to fill the gap left by being away from my own dog. I genuinely cherish the companionship they bring and always make it a priority to ensure they feel comfortable and loved. You can count on me to treat your furry friend with the same care and attention I would give my own – keeping them safe, happy, and well looked after while you’re away. Whether it’s a tiny purebred dog or a large, energetic mixed breed, I do my best to keep them entertained and maintain a joyful routine tailored to their needs. I am available for walking dogs and drop-in visits in the mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. I am also available to sit on weekends and most weekdays. Send me a message, and I will do my best to help you. Although I can’t host pets at my place, I’m more than happy to care for your furry friend in the comfort of your home. I always make it a priority to follow your specific instructions to keep their routine consistent and stress-free. With plenty of experience sitting for both dogs and cats in the area – including overnight stays – I’m dedicated to making your pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Since I’m currently working remotely, I have the flexibility to stay for longer periods at your place, as long as there’s WIFI access and a comfortable spot to use my laptop. When sitting for dogs, I usually take them for three walks a day – morning, afternoon, and evening – but I’m happy to adjust to your dog's specific routine to make sure they feel comfortable and content.

About: I have had 3 dogs of my own! An Australian Cattle Dog Mix, a Basenji mix, and a working line large breed German Shepherd, which I helped train in obedience to be an SD. My dogs always had scheduled potty breaks and playtime. My job is to make sure your pet has the best time while keeping boundaries/respecting their space, ensuring their safety, and following your expectations of care. I am comfortable with any amount of shedding and the size of your pet. I can especially ease my interaction with pets that are scared and anxious, as through training my own dog, I am better at picking up the dog’s body language and only engage in physical contact if the pet’s body language consents. If you have an aggressive pet, please notify me beforehand. I do not guarantee I will agree to care for them, but I am interested in scheduling a first meeting if possible. Note: I do not drink/smoke, so your loved one will never be affected by second-hand smoke or inappropriate behavior. I am very available on the weekends and by the afternoon on weekdays. If you need morning care, please reach out and I will see if I can accommodate! My pets are routinely groomed and freshened. Everyone they come inside after heavy play, I clean their body from head to toe with pet friendly wipes. I use a brush that helps with shedding and smoothing out hair. Their teeth gets brushed every 2 weeks. I check their ears for dirt routinely and the inside of their paws for any injuries or cracking from dryness.

I take care of feeding, fresh water, walks or litter box cleaning, and playtime based on the owner’s instructions. I also keep the home clean and provide updates so clients know their pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I have always naturally connected with animals of all kinds! I grew up with (& took care of) family dogs and cat. I am currently a cat owner. I really enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood & I would love to have some canine buddies to bring along! I'm currently in a Master's program and off for the summer. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since childhood, whether my own, or for friends, family, and neighbors. I will treat your sweet dog or cat as my own. I can go on long or short walks, can administer medications, can play or provide sweet loving attention to your fur babies. I work part-time, so I’m happy to be at your home or taking care of your dog/cat before 9 and after 5 pm on Tuesdays-Thursdays. The other days of the week/weekend I can be there as often as you’d like, for as long as you’d like. I can walk dogs for as long as you need, we can work out a schedule that works best. My yard is partially fenced, so I fully intend to watch your dog during outdoor time if you are not one to use a lead. My house is 3-stories so perfect for any size animal. At the client’s home, I will follow your instructions as close as possible, and can provide a safe and loving presence. The only caveat is my house has 2 cats, so we must be sure the the visiting dog is safe with cats.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid, and have a cat of my own. Friends and family ask me to walk and pet-sit when they are traveling so I figured I could help folks throughout Pittsburgh! I also volunteer at the rescue league.
