About: I am a former teacher who left the profession. I am building my pet sitting business one sweet creature at a time. I have had my own dog that had to be put down at 8 for medical reasons and it was the worst day of my life. I have sat small and large dogs, cats, and have helped a friend with chickens. I am by no means a chicken expert though. I take pride in what I do. I also have my clearances from teaching, until they expire. I an currently a full time sitter, so I book sits ahead of time. I'm also available for check ins and walking at times as well. I want your pets to not miss a step just because you are not there. About: I grew up with dogs and currently have a cat! I have fostered cats before and am familiar with medications and some of those more shy/scared personalities. I know how difficult it can be to be away from your pet and want to help create as much comfort for them as possible while you’re away. I am currently a grad student so I have a lot of schedule flexibility! Feel free to message me and I should be able to adapt to your needs. I’m a junior in college who absolutely adores dogs and also happens to want to make money for tuition😂 For the summer : *for house sitting, Im available every day but on weekdays I would need to leave from 4:30-7 to go to work. Mon-Thurs: any time up until 3:30pm or after 7pm Fri, Sat, Sun : free all day I am super flexible! During the summer I have a very open schedule - so we can work around it more. About: I have always grown up with dogs and cats. Animal fur was always a “fashion choice” of mine. Right now, I have a 125 lbs pitbull mix named charlie, he has big paws and an even bigger heart. I also have a stubby, long nosed coonhound named Billie, she is jumpy, rowdy, and loves to cuddle. I have lots of experience with big dogs, I grew up with a Rottweiler and a German Shepherd mix. I love my animals so much, and I know firsthand how having a pet sitter/walker can be nerve-racking. I want to provide you with that trust and much needed knowledge that your dogs are being taken care of. Hello! My name is Madeline (pronounced like caroline) I am currently a high school senior, who is going to my freshman year at college in late August. I am looking forward to going to college for acting and getting my bachelors of fine arts in the drama department at Carnegie Mellon University. My weekends are pretty open. Besides the small vacations throughout the summer. I am pretty available most weeks. I am in front of house manager at the Olney theater center. I am usually working nighttime (5-11) shows, so I am available during the day. I have had the amazing opportunity of working with dogs in the last show I was in. I did “legally blonde the musical”. We had two amazing actor pups in the show and that was such a great experience for me. I have grown up with animals my entire life. I have two dogs right now and in previous years I had up to four cats all at once. I have such a huge passion for taking care of animals and being around them. I am very interested in volunteering at animal shelters and will continue to in the future. My favorite type of exercise is to just walk outside. If you have a pup who needs frequent walks I am your person! Walking is my favorite. I have so many favorite places to go on walks. I will usually listen to podcasts, music, or study any of my lines for a show that I’m in. I am incredibly tech savvy and will respond to any message or call within a minute or two. I think it’s incredibly important to keep you updated and “in the know” with what is going on while I’m taking care of your beloved pets. At my home I love to take long walks with my two dogs. I am fairly comfortable walking larger dogs, or dogs who like to be on the move. Based off of what you would like me to do, I will follow your instructions to the T.

About: I’ve always been a dog lover and both me and brother rescued a 6 year old white Labrador named “Zorro” who we brought before Covid began. We love him so much and since I moved countries he now lives with my parents in India. I wear a paw on my necklace which is a memory that he is not far away and will always take care of my parents behind me. Zorro now sits on the dinner table and enjoys all family meals. As someone with medical training and a responsible active lifestyle, I am calm under pressure, highly dependable and attentive to routines, medications, special care needs and feeding schedule. Whether your pet is playful or prefer quiet companionship I’m happy to adapt to their personality and needs. I live in an apartment with my spouse who has grown up all around dogs as pets since he was a kid so we both love dogs but don’t have one of our own currently. Your pet is allowed on our sofa and enjoy the area of a one bedroom. If I am at your home, I will aim to make your pet feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while the owner is way by keeping a normal routine in their own home environment. I will carefully follow your instructions and communication is very important to me, so I can provide regular updates , photos and check-in to help the owner feel reassured. About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Ranging from high energy boxers to labs, indoor and outdoor, you name it. I unfortunately don’t now because of living in the city and no pet policies. I’ve cat and dog sat for friends, family, and even professors in college, and now I want to officially! I love seeing funny requests like ‘needs a gourmet meal prepared (theatrics of course but I’d cook lol) or they won’t eat.’ Big fan of the cheese tax, because me too, and cats who are bread bakers. I love pets of any kind and size (even big dogs, snakes, etc) right when I meet them. I can be patient if they’re not a fan at first! I’d love to be able to help others and animals who have working parents, or even parents who just want to have fun and need some help. My daily and weekly schedule are pretty flexible! I work from home most days aside from Sunday really. I tend to have gaps during the day and work mostly in the afternoon and evening! I do live in the city and don’t mind boarding pets but I also want them to have space to roam so I rather come to you! I’m more than happy to take pets outside, to parks, on walks, or play. I know a lot of pets like consistency so I can prioritize working with you to find a set schedule.

About: I have been around my friends', neighbors', relatives', roommates' dogs for the majority of my life. Whenever they needed walked, we did that. When someone was out of town and their dog needed companionship and care, I would oblige. I've even taken dogs camping! - side note - I've got experience with larger animals like horses and cows, through work and camping. And as a conservationist, I've been blessed to immerse myself in the habitats of a variety of different animals, the world over. I have the flexibility with my primary work and my home-life to be available at flexible times for pet care. As long as things are communicated well, I predict smooth sailing. Pets are animals; sentient beings. As it is in my home, so will it be in yours. A pet deserves respect and love, and probably a good chunk of your immediate attention. In general, I place courtesy and respect high on the importance-scale, which means that I will treat your home with care. I have no problems following house rules that ensure the pet's comfort and your peace-of-mind.
