About: I’ve been working with a variety of dogs of all different breeds for roughly 6 years via dog walking, dog sitting, etc! I love dogs of all kinds! I’m a doctoral student of occupational therapy, so most of my time is spent working via fieldwork and doing homework. I am free on Tuesdays & Thursdays for drop ins/walks, and on weekends for housesitting. I’m happy to help with any household needs specified during housesitting! About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from college and moved to the city, and I’m excited to continue spending time with animals through dog walking and pet sitting. Over the years, I’ve pet sat and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, and family members, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My family has Dane Mastiffs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds, but I also adore small dogs like my aunt’s two mini dachshunds. I can provide services at the client's home; I don't have boarding facilities.

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a teenager in high school. My friends, family, and neighbors would rely on and trust me to check-in, walk, feed, and care for their pets while they were out of town and would return home knowing their pets were well cared for while they were away! I am a recent Physician Assistant graduate looking for part-time work while studying for my boards! Rover allows me to create the perfect work schedule for myself, while also allowing sufficient time during my day to focus on my studies. About: Hi I’m Caroline! I am recent grad of Pitt’s Counseling Program and a Cat Mom of 2! I have many years of experience in caring for animals of my own and visiting other people’s homes for pet sitting. I am available for check in visits and walks and I am able to feed and give medication, and spend a little extra time playing with your furry friend. I also love taking care of cats and will clean up after both cats and dogs. I work with all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats. I will also check your mail and packages and turn your lights on and off, water plants, etc. if you are out of town. I can’t wait to work with your pets! I am currently transitioning from school to work and have pretty open availability throughout the week, especially early mornings and later afternoon/evenings. Saturdays remain pretty open as well, while Sundays are often booked for me. I am experienced working with animals of a variety of temperaments across settings. From a 7 pound Pomeranian that required regular medication administration, to a 165 pound Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, to the many dogs that would come through the shelter to be adopted. About: I LOVE playing and running around with dogs and am happy to take your dog on long walks or on a romp in the dog park. I'm currently on sabbatical, so I have lots of free time to spend with your pets... and I will because I miss my pet time! My husband is allergic, so Rover is how I get to spend time with furry friends. For dogs, I keep an eye out for dangerous situations when on walks with dogs and ensure that we give a wide berth to any possible threats. For cats, I make sure that I respect their boundaries and don't stress them out as we're getting to know each other. I am also very careful when entering and leaving to ensure they don't escape.

About: My experience with animals includes volunteering at animal shelters, where I spent time caring for and helping socialize dogs with different personalities and needs. I also have hands-on experience training my own dog, who I adopted when he was 6 years old and had no prior training. With patience and consistency, I taught him basic commands, waiting commands, obstacle-course skills, and how to work through food aggression. As he got older, he became deaf and later blind, so I learned how to adjust the way I communicated with him and cared for him based on his changing needs. That experience taught me a lot about patience, trust, routine, and understanding each animal as an individual. I’m comfortable working with pets who may need extra time, structure, reassurance, or gentle handling. My schedule is very open during the week, and I’m usually available throughout the day on weekdays. I mostly work on weekends, so weekend availability may be limited, but I’m happy to coordinate when possible. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for every pet.
