1. Adam S.

“Adam walks my rambunctious golden doodle during the week and we’re so fortunate to have his help! He’s organized, professional, and takes great care of Honey. We know she’s in good hands and he makes sure she gets all the exercise she needs. Highly recommend his services!”

2. Dmitra G.

“Dmitra is the best!!! She walks our goldendoodle Griffin twice a week and is really amazing with him! Because of our schedules I usually have to tell her only a day or two in advance which days we need her help each week and she’s always really flexible and great about it! We also have cats that like to try to sneak out of the house, and she’s great about keeping an eye on them to make sure they stay in while she takes Griffin out for his walks. So glad we found her!!!”

3. Alexandra D.

“Alexandra is great! She has been my twice weekly dog walker for about a month now. She communicates extremely well and is very reliable. She leaves detailed info on how the walk went with my dog, which I appreciate. She has gone out of her way to accommodate Ada, who can at times be shy with new people. Would recommend!”

4. Julia L.
“Julia was our catsitter for our beloved late cat, Ludo, for years, and in that time, she became one of his very favorite people. As a caregiver to our cat, Julia saw to his every need and then some. Leaving him in her specific care reduced so much of the added stress of being away as a pet owner, as we knew that Julia would be so attentive, loving, and thoughtful.”

5. Jane C.

“J.M. was great with my dog Grits. They came on time, gave a thorough report, and sent some cute proof of life pictures that brightened up my day at work. Thank you J.M.!”

6. Shannon & Steven G.
“We’re so grateful to Shannon and Steve for taking such wonderful care of our 11-year-old dog and 6-year-old cat while we were away! They were incredibly attentive, making sure both pets were comfortable, well-fed, and loved. They even helped with distributing our dog’s medication, which gave us such peace of mind. We especially appreciated the photo updates—they made us feel connected and reassured the entire time. It’s clear Shannon and Steve truly care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again with our furry family members!”

7. Stephen T.
“Mr. Thompson was able to watch my 10 year old cat, Mason, for a week. Mason is usually shy, but he seemed to have fun.”

8. Shannon F.

“Shannon has walked bear 2 times now! Despite the snowy cold weather for the first walk, Shannon was still willing to walk bear, which I really appreciate! Took photos and followed all the instructions I gave about giving treats! Thank you!!!”

9. Jordan M.

11. Hannah K.

“Great communication, interacted well with dogs, and got us out of a tight spot at very short notice after our regular Dogsitter/walker had an emergency.”

12. Nicholas K.

“Nick stopped by to meet me and our dog and he demonstrated instant rapport and skill with Dublin, our doodle. He showed up on time, he took Dub for a healthy walk and took the time to check in ahead because it was raining that day. We will consider Nick fir our future needs.”

13. Tessa B.
“I'm always super nervous leaving my dog Noodles with someone else while I'm away. I Was desperately looking for a dog sitter for Memorial Day weekend last minute, I found Tessa on Rover, and I'm very very glad I did! Tessa was great with my timid beagle mix. She sent me photos and updates reassuring me that everything was going great! I'd highly recommend Tessa for your pet!”

14. Akira P.

“Akira did a great job!! He was on time all four days. He is local to the shadyside area which made us feel more comfortable because we knew he would not have to drive out of his way to come to our home. He followed all instructions and our dogs loved him!”

15. Natalie P.
About: I’ve had pets my entire life, ranging from dogs and cats to horses and pigs. I have trained two family puppies. I’ve done cat rescues for about 8 years, and I also have had my own cat, minerva :) Pet care fits into my daily routine as a cat owner, as I ensure she always has food and water. We also cuddle everyday, and have lots of playtime. Several times a week, I clean her litter box so that it’s never too dirty. In my own home and any others, I like to spend a lot of quality time with the pets present. When I’m home, my cat Minerva is glued to my side most of the time. When I visit my parents, I still get to see my dogs from home that I helped raise and train. I’m also working on harness training my cat.

16. Truanne C.
“Truanne worked as a pet sitter for me when she lived next door for over 6 years. She was incredible with our family dogs, Cookie and Lucy. She always went above and beyond for our babies and they absolutely adored her. Truanne was always on top of her work, sending my husband and I frequent updates and pictures of the dogs throughout the day. I truly could not recommend Truanne enough!”

17. Andrew K.
“Andy is a loving and attentive care giver. Having a dog that has anxiety and another dog who is in training to be a therapy dog has equipped him with the skills to understand and handle dogs of all personalities and sizes.”

18. Hannah C.

“Couldn’t be happier with the experience of having Hannah walk our dog. Hannah was a great communicator throughout and showed an intent to get to know our dog. She took pictures and sent updates along the way, which I appreciated. I felt peace of mind knowing our dog was in good hands.”

19. Linn B.

“Linn is so sweet! This was my first experience with Rover and I’m so thankful that I booked with Linn. She went above and beyond and met with me/my dog a couple of days before walking her, just to ensure that my dog would recognize a friendly face coming to walk her. You can tell Linn is a total animal lover and is great w dogs. Wonderful communicator, can’t recommend highly enough!”

20. Emily S.

“Really appreciated the walks for Daisy. She needs to burn off a lot of energy, so thanks to Emily she didn’t destroy our home. Lol”
