About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from college and moved to the city, and I’m excited to continue spending time with animals through dog walking and pet sitting. Over the years, I’ve pet sat and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, and family members, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My family has Dane Mastiffs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds, but I also adore small dogs like my aunt’s two mini dachshunds. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I understand how important routines, exercise, patience, and affection are for dogs, and I’ll always treat your pet like part of the family. I’m dependable, attentive, and happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pup is in good hands! I work full-time, but my schedule is similar to shift work. I have open mornings and the occasional free weekend! Pet care is something I enjoy, gets me outside, and is a little bit of exercise all at once. I’m organized, dependable, and committed to making sure pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening feedings, I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and provide updates (and lots of pictures!) so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. My goal is for the pets to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. That means sticking to their routine, staying in familiar environments, and being aware of the surrounding stressors. I am great at following clear instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, litter box care, and any special routines their pets are used to. I also keep homes clean and tidy, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I can provide services at the client's home; I don't have boarding facilities.

About: Hi I’m Caroline! I am recent grad of Pitt’s Counseling Program and a Cat Mom of 2! I have many years of experience in caring for animals of my own and visiting other people’s homes for pet sitting. I am available for check in visits and walks and I am able to feed and give medication, and spend a little extra time playing with your furry friend. I also love taking care of cats and will clean up after both cats and dogs. I work with all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats. I will also check your mail and packages and turn your lights on and off, water plants, etc. if you are out of town. I can’t wait to work with your pets! I am currently transitioning from school to work and have pretty open availability throughout the week, especially early mornings and later afternoon/evenings. Saturdays remain pretty open as well, while Sundays are often booked for me. I am experienced working with animals of a variety of temperaments across settings. As a Mom of two shy cats, I am very patient, while always ready to snuggle and play!

About: Hi! I’m Rachel — lifelong animal lover and proud pet owner. I’m calm, dependable, and great at reading an animal’s needs. Whether your pet wants adventure, structure, or just couch cuddles, I’m here for it. I currently have multiple pets of my own, a big love for plants, and I study Japanese while working on my MBA — so I’m organized, reliable, and used to juggling responsibilities. You can always count on clear communication, updates, and lots of photos while you’re away! Over the years, I have cared for dog of all shapes, sizes, ages and needs through my own ownership and my time working at an animal shelter. From a 7 pound Pomeranian that required regular medication administration, to a 165 pound Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, to the many dogs that would come through the shelter to be adopted. I work full time Monday through Friday, but I have a very flexible schedule and can work remotely as needed as long as advance notice is given. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow your routines closely to keep things familiar and stress-free. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, energy level, and boundaries so they always feel secure with me. For walks, I use secure leashes, stay aware of surroundings, and avoid unsafe areas or interactions with unknown dogs. I’m patient, calm, and confident handling different temperaments. I’m respectful of your space, tidy, and always double-check locks, gates, and doors. You can expect clear communication, quick responses, and lots of photo updates for peace of mind.

About: I had my family dog for 10 years! He was a lovely black lab mix and I frequently walked and fed him as well as play. I also have my own 3 year old little gray tabby cat who is full of energy and snuggles:) I am currently a full time music therapist with UPMC! I work primarily Sunday- Thursday so have full availability Friday and Saturday as well as evening availability during my work week As I am not able to bring animals in my apartment, I will provide primarily at home services. I am comfortable crating, taking for walks, feeding, playing and basically all other in home pet services!

About: I’ve been working with a variety of dogs of all different breeds for roughly 6 years via dog walking, dog sitting, etc! I love dogs of all kinds! I’m a doctoral student of occupational therapy, so most of my time is spent working via fieldwork and doing homework. I am free on Tuesdays & Thursdays for drop ins/walks, and on weekends for housesitting. I’m happy to help with any household needs specified during housesitting! Please leave me comprehensive instructions for caring for your pet(s), including meal details/times, walking schedule, etc.

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a teenager in high school. My friends, family, and neighbors would rely on and trust me to check-in, walk, feed, and care for their pets while they were out of town and would return home knowing their pets were well cared for while they were away! I am a recent Physician Assistant graduate looking for part-time work while studying for my boards! Rover allows me to create the perfect work schedule for myself, while also allowing sufficient time during my day to focus on my studies. I love caring for pets in the comfort of their own home, where they can stay in a familiar and stress-free environment.
