Linnea M.

“We just finished our first week of having Linnea walk our dogs every afternoon. Linnea has been wonderful! She has been very quick with communications, asking and answering questions, sending photos, problem solving etc! I feel very at peace knowing my pups are getting some love and attention everyday.”

Sarah F.
“Sarah stayed has provided our farm and indoor pets to include a dog, reptile, bunny and horses with daytime & overnight care. She paid attention to details and loved our pets just as we would. So much our dog was sad when she left. During her final hours here a horse decided to be difficult and she was worried about the well-bring of the horse. Sarah communicated with me to figure out how to ensure the horse was safe in the field and took extra time to bring the horse into the stall. I highly recommend Sarah. She is punctual, responsible, able to handle directions and loving!”

Richard T.

“Richard has been absolutely amazing with my two big, difficult to walk, chase every thing that moves dogs. Every time he pulls up the dogs go running to the door excited for their walk. We were nervous about having someone else walk our fur kids, but we are comfortable and confident in Richard’s ability with them!”

“Barrett is a great guy and a compassionate pet owner. I've watched him interact with his two dogs for years now, and as a pet owner, he is playful, fun, and responsible. Without a doubt, I would let Barrett dog sit for me anytime. I can't say enough positives things about him; such a good dude.”

Christina G.
“We are so grateful to have Christina as our caregiver for our cats and dogs. She is reliable, professional, and caring. We have a diabetic cat who needs insulin, and he is always acting like his happy self when we return home so I know Christina follows his feeding/insulin schedule to a T. It is very difficult to find quality pet care, and that is why we are so glad to have Christina. As well as taking care of our furbabies, our home is always left in excellent condition when she leaves.”

Abena A.
About: As a fellow Rover user for my furry friend; I understand the importance to have a sitter or walker who takes pride in going the extra mile to create a fun and safe environment while you are away. Over the past 10 years, I was always my family and friends go to dog-walker and pet-sitter. I have dealt with a variety of dogs with multiple temperament levels, energy levels, and have administered medication when needed I currently working from home, Monday to Friday. My weekends are free. Since I work for home allows for the opportunity for personalized care your dog needs. From adventurous hikes to enrichment games inside (or nap and snuggles if that is more of your dogs vibe) I do have a fenced backyard. I also have a a dog named Fig, she has a great temperament and is a great playmate with dogs of different sizes other than her own.

Devan B.

“Devan did a great job walking Daisy, and was right on time when we needed her. Devan also replied quickly and sent us updates. Thank you!”

About: I grew up with cats and started walking dogs ~23 years ago in elementary school after my family got a dog. Since middle school I have boarded and house sat for dogs as well as some check-ins for cats, hamsters, birds, turtles and fish. I’m most comfortable working with dogs and have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages as well as reactive dogs. While I was taught differently growing up, I have been using solely positive reinforcement training for around 8 years. While I am not a trainer I have studied under professional trainers and try to stay up to date on current training techniques I currently take care of my father and have a flexible schedule. Possible for me to adjust depending on the needs of the client but I typically walk my dogs when the sun is out adjusting for sun rise/set during the year. As an owner of a high energy breed, I understand the importance of still getting a good walk in even when the weather is horrible In my home my pets can free roam and are allowed on the furniture and bed. In client’s home I respect their rules. I do not accept clients without a meet and greet. I live 2 blocks from Allegheny Commons Park. I frequently walk there and the river trail as well. I use the Allegheny Common’s dog park as well but as it’s not fenced in I have no intentions of taking client’s dogs there

Cara M.

“Cara is reliable, trustworthy and kind. She walked our dogs for a week while I was away. I love receiving updates and photos of them after their walk. Peace of mind is important when leaving your “children” in the care of others. I recommend Cara to anyone wanting a peace of mind!”

Kayla W.
“Kayla will give your pet the best care possible. She is a lover of all animals and has cared for dogs, cats, hamsters, and guinea pigs throughout the years. She has previous experience working at a doggy daycare, where she was a customer favorite. Kayla has personally taken care of my very active Pyrenean Sheepdog, taking her for long walks in the woods, combing her, and doing training work. She is a great choice to consider as a pet caregiver and you can put your mind at ease knowing your pet is in great hands.”

Keegan C.

“Keegan was an absolutely fantastic dog walker— she was patient with my dog while he had a lot of separation anxiety. She was able to keep up with him and also keep him engaged when he was getting a bit tired. If you’re looking for someone with lots of patience and will meet your dog at their own needs, Keegan is the person for you!”

Caitlyn F.

“Caitlyn is great! Nina took to her right away. After just one walk she knew the sound of her car and ran to the window with yelps of joy every time she heard her pull up.”

Lucy & Matthew A.
“I would not hesitate in recommending Lucy as a pet caregiver. When we have taken a vacation Lucy has always cared for our dogs. She has looked after both our Cockapoos, Tilli for nine years and Daphne for the last two years when we were on vacation. She is reliable, caring and has a love for animals.”

I currently have more availability and would love to help others in my community care for their fur-babies. I am a student. My schedule differs depending on my rotations, but I will always keep you informed. I often have days, nights, and weekends available. Christy M.

“Christy was wonderful during her visit with my pup. She walked her, played with her, and sent me a number of pictures of during the visit. I also had some special instructions because my pup is recovering from her spay, and Christy was great about asking for directions and following them!”
