About: I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember and have been caring for cats and dogs since I was a little girl. Over the years, I've cared for and babysat pets for friends, family, and neighbors, earning their trust through dependable, compassionate care. My experience includes caring for cats and dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments—from playful puppies and energetic dogs to senior pets who need a little extra patience and attention, as well as independent cats and affectionate lap cats alike. I understand that some pets warm up quickly while others need time to build trust, and I always let them set the pace. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, cleaning litter boxes, or simply providing companionship and comfort while you're away, I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and well cared for, while giving you peace of mind knowing they're in reliable hands. I work full time out of the home, but can be available to board animals overnight on weekdays for (1) night with a pick up by 7:30 AM the following day and can board or house-visit over the weekend (Drop off Friday after 4PM thru Sundays-pick up by 5 pm Sunday). I can do house visits any week day after 4 PM. I have a fenced in backyard and a very walkable, safe neighborhood. My home is a pet's paradise with lots of comfy couches and plenty of space to run and play, and windows for clocking in for Neighborhood Watch :) I don't mind animals sleeping with me, if they want to! Otherwise, plenty of places for furry ones to nap and snooze whenever they choose.

From the get go Monica was very professional and diligent in understanding our dogs needs, schedules, etc. She sent us daily updates and photos, which were so nice to see as this was our first time using Rover. They always seemed to come at a great time when we thought “I hope they’re doing okay and we miss them” Overall our experience was a 10/10, our dogs had an amazing time, and we will absolutely use Monica again!”
“Justin was great! He took great care of my dog, giving her multiple walks and play sessions, providing updates throughout her stay. His dog Watson was a great companion for her. I appreciate that he only takes one dog at a time, providing dedicated care while dog sitting. I would have Justin watch my dog again.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care Addie received from Valerie and her son! Knowing she was in such loving and attentive hands made all the difference while I was away. It was clear she was happy, well cared for, and loved like family. Addie had such a blast during her stay—she went on so many walks and enjoyed endless snow playtime in their fenced-in yard. She even bonded with Valerie’s son, which made it so hard to take her away from the fun little retreat she was on! Even though Addie was very stressed the first day or so being in a new place and away from me, Valerie and her son were incredibly understanding, communicative, and flexible. They took the time to ensure she felt safe and comfortable, and it wasn’t long before Addie QUICKLY warmed up to them and trusted them completely. It was especially kind of them to care for Addie for multiple weeks over the holidays. Their flexibility and willingness to provide such attentive care during a busy time of year meant so much to me, and it truly showed how open and compassionate they are. Valerie was also an incredible communicator throughout Addie’s stay, sending tons of photos and updates that kept me reassured and connected. Seeing Addie’s happy face in every photo made me smile and truly put my mind at ease. The entire experience was seamless, and I truly wouldn’t change a thing. Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals make them absolutely exceptional.
