About: I’ve had dogs nearly my whole life and now a cat! I volunteer at Humane Animal Rescue and have specific training for dog walking. I am trained to walk both strong dogs and shy dogs I do work full time and am a part time student so I’m looking for a lot of random flexible gigs while I’m off of work I’m comfortable entering homes to leash any dogs or provide care for drop ins. I’m skilled at getting my cat to take nasty meds as well
About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have always been comfortable caring for them. When I got my own cat I made sure to learn the basics of care so he could be a happy and healthy boy. I am patient, attentive, and really enjoy spending time with animals. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine since I have a cat of my own. I feed, play with, and care for Kris everyday. I genuinely enjoy making sure my cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. He is literally my best friend and I look forward to taking care of him as much as he takes care of me. I make sure to follow each pets routine, I want to make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible. In my apartment I keep things clean and safley put away. I check for fresh clean water often and make sure to feed each pet at the required time.

This was our second time having Jennifer as our pet sitter, and she was amazing again! She took great care of our pets and had excellent communication. Jennifer went above and beyond with sending updates additional tasks that she offered without us even asking (like taking out our trash). We have her booked again for the future!
Tiffany was fantastic from beginning to end. Jane is pretty shy when it comes to new people, but Tiffany took her time each visit to lure Jane out to make sure she had some fun and treats. Tiffany was nothing but professional and friendly the entire time, she was so easy to work with and I look forward to booking with her again.
Jiawen is very responsive, she always replies timely whenever we leave her messages. She is also amazingly creative by finding a way to resolve the ant issue so Gawman could have normal healthy diets when we were away from home. I feel worriless knowing that Gawman has been in good hands and been taken good care of. I will definitely book Jiawen's service when we travel again and I will be more than happy to recommend her to friends who are in need.
Booking with Alyx gives us absolute peace of mind our kitties are going to be well taken care of! Not only does she play with them during her visits but gives us a detailed update on how the cats are doing. Her pictures are always a great addition as we get to see the cats and how much fun they have with her.
Abigail was wonderful! We ended up having some last minute work being done on our yard, but she was flexible and went with the flow do what the dogs needed and could be done with our gate open. The dogs adored her and she took good pictures! She arrived on time or a few minutes early to each appointment.
We were away for just over three weeks. Kate came to take care of my 2 cats. She provided photos and full details of cat care daily. One cat has to take a pill and she reassured me that all was well at home. She also watered my indoor plants and took the used kitty litter to the curb on trash night. (So there was not an unliftable bag of litter to haul out upon return.). All interactions in person and text were great. My cats, including the shy one who gets the pill, really seemed to like her and interacted well with her.
My dog is always very excited to see Akira! He’s taken the time to get to know my dog, who is not immediately in love with everyone, and I’ve been able to hire him for weekly check-ins. Communication is super easy. Akira has a calm and kind presence that is a great counterbalance for my dog with big feelings. At the same time, he can bring out my dog’s playful side which I believe helps reduce my dog’s stress of having someone other than his family come inside the house.
Polina did an amazing job taking care of my two cats! She is the first person I've hired through Rover and I could not be more happy with the attention and love she gave to my cats while I was away. I never had to worry that my cats were well and responsibility cared for while Polina was watching them. I would definitely work with her again for my pet care highly recommend her to others!
Divya is an excellent sitter, and on such short notice too. The write-ups she gave looking after my cat while I was out of town were quite detailed and the pictures she took were adorable. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing that someone so attentive was checking in on him and giving him bit of company each day.
Pulpo recieved the most purrrrrfect care from Brooke and her family. He was obviously looking forward to seeing them and had a lot of fun each time they came. We got the sweetest photos and updates each visit and came home to a very content creature. 100% recommend!
Rebekah did a terrific job. She took great care of my very shy cat. Rebekah got him to come out and play which made me so happy. I was gone longer than usual so getting those happy photos of him playing, belly up, and sitting with her made me very happy. I highly recommend.
Danielle is the best! My cat is a shy boy and she’s been very patient with him as well as making sure all his systems (food, water, litter) are in good shape. This is the second time I’ve hired her and she’s reliable, kind, and I trust her entirely with my cat!
