About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from college and moved to the city, and I’m excited to continue spending time with animals through dog walking and pet sitting. Over the years, I’ve pet sat and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, and family members, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My family has Dane Mastiffs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds, but I also adore small dogs like my aunt’s two mini dachshunds. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I understand how important routines, exercise, patience, and affection are for dogs, and I’ll always treat your pet like part of the family. I’m dependable, attentive, and happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pup is in good hands! I work full-time, but my schedule is similar to shift work. I have open mornings and the occasional free weekend! Pet care is something I enjoy, gets me outside, and is a little bit of exercise all at once. I’m organized, dependable, and committed to making sure pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening feedings, I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and provide updates (and lots of pictures!) so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. My goal is for the pets to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. That means sticking to their routine, staying in familiar environments, and being aware of the surrounding stressors. I am great at following clear instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, litter box care, and any special routines their pets are used to. I also keep homes clean and tidy, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I can provide services at the client's home; I don't have boarding facilities.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10, volunteered walking regular, power and bashful dogs for 2 years at the humane animal rescue of Pittsburgh, currently have 2 cats. I'm currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding, drop-in visits, and walking the dogs on weekdays and weekends. About: I have been taking care of dogs for family and friends since I was young. Growing up with a dog, cats, and chickens, I have lots of pet experience! During the beginning of COVID, I got a puppy with my sister and was the main care taker and trainer for several years. I am excited to love your pets just as much as you do! I am a Pitt post-grad, currently working as a fitness instructor. I coach average 2-5 classes per day, so have a relatively flexible schedule throughout the day. My dog at home is a bit of a tricky walker, and wasn’t very good with other dogs when he was younger, so I have lots of experience and can adapt to a dogs walking style and needs.

About: Hi my name is Julia, I am 25 years old living in Pittsburgh, PA. For all 25 years I have lived, I have been surrounded by animals. I grew up with three dogs, who I care for deeply. We also had a neighborhood cat who I really consider a part of the family! I have spent countless time caring for the pets of family members, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and even my hairdresser! I can confidently say that I have formed great bonds and a sense of trust with all pets I have watched! This care ranges from cats to dogs, senior to puppies (currently). I truly love animals and constantly want to be surrounded by them. Being a 25 year old in a city away from your family and pets can be tough, so I hope that this opportunity can help me while I await having my own cat one day (hopefully soon!) I currently work full-time, but I work primarily from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I typically go into the office just one day per week, and if I need to be there more often, it's usually only for a half day. My schedule can vary depending on work needs, but I have the flexibility to accommodate pet care throughout the day and will always communicate my availability clearly. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, so I take the time to follow your instructions closely and keep their schedule as consistent as possible. Whether I'm caring for your pet in my home or yours, I provide plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, fresh water, meals, and lots of love. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure during walks and outdoor time, and I always prioritize a safe, stress-free environment. I also believe communication is key. I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

About: I’m a caring and responsible dog lover who truly enjoys spending time with dogs. I started taking care of pets for family friends about five years ago when I was living in Boston, and since then I’ve gained experience with dogs at different stages of their lives. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while staying with me. I understand how important it is for pet parents to know their dog is in good hands, so I always do my best to provide attentive and thoughtful care. I usually work best with calm dogs who are comfortable relaxing on their own. For boarding, dogs should be able to stay home alone for a few hours and should not have severe separation anxiety. I’m more experienced with smaller dogs (under 25 lbs) and enjoy spending time walking, playing, and making sure they feel at home. To ensure I can continue providing the highest standard of care to my clients, I have made the decision to limit my service to take care of one dog at a time I make sure I understand the needs from pet parents. Initially, I would ask pet parent to answer a list of questions I found helpful to know. For example, what’s the daily walking/sleeping/exercise/wasting routine. I will also take pictures/videos through out the day, and send them daily to keep parents updated through the boarding period.

About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I further pursue this knowledge by reading about how dogs communicate with us, and by observing and analyzing their behavior both in real life and online. This will be my primary commitment, so I can easily cater to your schedule to fit your pets needs. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever you need, except Thursdays :) I will take great care to follow your instructions and respect the rules of your home and needs of your animal(s). I cannot accept boarding in my own home at the moment.

About: I have been caring for animals of many species all of my life from dog and cats to horses and snakes, frogs, birds and everything in between. Pet care has been my career. I have worked with animals of all ages and abilities and can provide specialized care for animals who need it. In addition to my animal husbandry experience I am also an accredited fear free dog trainer, so I am willing to care for dogs with behavioral issues and I can provide enrichment during visits. I work part time as a dog trainer and part time as a pet sitter, most of my availability for pet sitting is during the daytime and weekdays. Safety is my utmost priority when it comes to my clients pets. I use fear free techniques while engaging with pets and I always double check to make sure pets are secured in their gear while walking and back in their home upon return. I am vigilant on walks to keep distance from hazards and triggers for reactive dogs.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and I’m a huge dog lover! I love all kinds of dogs, big or small. I myself have a male German Shepherd, so I am used to handling large and energetic dogs. I’ve pet sat huskies, pit bulls, doodles, mastiffs, shih tzus and more. I’d love to walk your pet and play with them for you! I am currently a Chatham student looking to make some extra cash. I’m extremely flexible and available most of the day. I miss my 100-pound German Shepherd back home, so getting to play with your dogs would absolutely make my day! I am able to handle bigger dogs and small dogs are no problem at all. I’m super active and love going on walks/runs.
