About: I've been a pet owner since I was two years old and played a major role in taking care of my family dogs and guinea pig! I've had my own dog, a cattle dog mix, for the last 5+ years. I've educated myself on training techniques and skills for stimulating dogs physically and mentally in order to keep up with her! I have experience looking after friends' and families' cats and dogs, and I'm a self-appointed playground monitor at my local dog park. I'm excited to meet your furry family member and give them some love and care while you're away. I'm currently applying for engineering / academic jobs after earning my degree, so other than caring for my own dog, my days are wide open. I have a fenced-in backyard and a playful dog who is great with dogs of all sizes. I've got food puzzles, Bully Make and Benebone chew toys, and a ChuckIt tennis ball thrower. My dog is crate-trained so I'm happy to follow your lead on your pets' needs.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from college and moved to the city, and I’m excited to continue spending time with animals through dog walking and pet sitting. Over the years, I’ve pet sat and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, and family members, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My family has Dane Mastiffs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds, but I also adore small dogs like my aunt’s two mini dachshunds. I understand how important routines, exercise, patience, and affection are for dogs, and I’ll always treat your pet like part of the family. I have open mornings and the occasional free weekend! Pet care is something I enjoy, gets me outside, and is a little bit of exercise all at once. I’m organized, dependable, and committed to making sure pets receive the attention, exercise, and care they need. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening feedings, I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and provide updates (and lots of pictures!) so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. My goal is for the pets to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. That means sticking to their routine, staying in familiar environments, and being aware of the surrounding stressors. I am great at following clear instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, litter box care, and any special routines their pets are used to. I also keep homes clean and tidy, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I can provide services at the client's home; I don't have boarding facilities.

Being from Pittsburgh, I am fluent with many resources for me to enjoy with pets. 🐕‍🦺 My pet care journey started in 2014 with my first job at a dog care store on Butler Street, where I honed my skills in providing attentive and compassionate care. During my internship with the Water Authority in Bradford, PA, I dedicated my lunch breaks to volunteering at the local SPCA 🏠, offering love and attention to animals in need. These experiences have shaped me into a dedicated, knowledgeable, and empathetic sitter. 💛 As an alumni M.S. engineering student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate quality time to caring for my pets. About: I work in animal rescue and have personally cared for over 1000 different animals! Not only am I able to do regular pet care, I can also administer many different types of medication and am confident with shy or nervous animals. I am self employed, so I have a flexible schedule when needed. I currently have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays wide open. I also have afternoon availability Saturdays and Sundays. I can almost always squeeze in an evening visit. I cannot currently board animals in my home, as I’m at capacity with 5 cats, some of which are nervous around new animals. However, I am able to visit or stay in your home. I am polite, neat, and am more than happy to clean any potential pet messes!
